I took my 2 daughters to clarks today for measuring and to buy some shoes and trainers. Amna served us today and was fantastic, she was attentive, warm and patient. My youngest daughter was being a bit of a nightmare but Amna brushed it off. A massive thank you! We bought 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of trainers because of her! She deserves a pay rise!

Took my little one for school shoes this morning - Lucy was absolutely fantastic, friendly and professional - we got our shoes in record time - thank you!

Bryony was extremely helpful at the Clarks store in Reading high street. She continued to suggest and find shoes until we found some that fit my awkward feet. Thank you bryony!

I purchased a pair of shoes online from Clarks using the £10 welcome discount for new email subscribers. Unfortunately, the size was not right, so I visited a Clarks store to exchange them for the same pair in a different size. I was informed that I would need to pay an additional £10 because “the offer was no longer valid,” which seemed unreasonable given that this was a straightforward exchange, not a new purchase.
I’ve contacted their customer support twice and have been waiting for more than 10 days with no reply, so the lack of communication has been disappointing.
I have always regarded Clarks as a reliable brand, but this experience has made me question their commitment to customer service.

We had a lovely shopping experience today with Stevenia and other team on floor today , they helped us to choose the perfect fits and shoe types, along with treatments for the leather shoes. Will definitely pay them a visit again

Unfortunately only after 2 months there’s was extensive wear and tear on the inside
I went to Clarkes store in Reading and was helped by Sami who was very understanding of my disappointment that the shoe had so quickly deteriorated he promptly offered an exchange for a new pair which I was happy with

We were served by Selorm. She's friendly and good in customer care service. She brought out different kind of shoes and sizes. We were happy to pick our favourite new styles of shoes. She's brilliant and a good listener.

Ellis was brilliant. He was very professional and friendly. He measured both my children for school shoes.

The service was excellent, Bryony helped me find the right boots for me.

The boots are comfortable and beautiful.

My son was measured by Cathy in the Reading branch, she was really great and very patient. We had been mismeasured earlier in the morning by a different member of the team and I’m glad we came back and got a resolve.

We received excellent service from Charlotte who very patiently found the perfect pair for our son. Even though we left it a bit late, we managed to get a nice pair of school shoes that look great and of great quality. It was great shopping at Clarks in Reading.

Great customer service from Emily N last weekend. The store was very busy and we’d waited quite a while so my daughter wasn’t in the best mood! Emily was brilliant helping her get measured and choosing new school shoes. Thank you!

Lovely assistant called Emily. N from Reading branch who was very helpful in measuring and assessing the right school footwear for my children. They both are very happy with their new shoes!

Great experience. Very helpful and patient staff. Bryony in particular was a star. Nothing was too much trouble. They do wide fitting shoes and half sizes which the previous two shops we tried did not do. Left with a comfortable well fitting pair of shoes. A happy customer , would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service from Selorm. Didn't have to wait long for the shoes. Selorm displayed good knowledge.

Kareena was so helpful, patient and accommodating. The shop was busy with little ones getting school shoes but she was smiling and knowledgeable. I actually went out calmer than I went in! 🙂

I placed an online order but needed to exchange the size in Reading store. The process was smooth and the customer service was excellent. Dom was fantastic – really friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout. He went above and beyond and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Truly outstanding and a credit to Clarks!

'Nipped in' to Clarks in Reading for school shoes. Sonia was really helpful, measuring my daughter's feet, taking note of the 3 different shoes my daughter liked and bring a selection of sizes as each shoe style fitted slightly differently. That really helped the decision making process and we were on our way with a happy daughter & the shoes have not disappointed! Thank you Sonia!

Took my daughter in to be fitted for new school shoes. We were served by Izzy in the Reading store who was super friendly, very professional (and shared my daughters name!). Many thanks Izzy, great job.

Lennon was fantastic – really friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience at Clark’s so easy. Great customer service!
