Friendly service
Ms. Elaine provided exceptional customer service during my recent visit to the store. She was extremely helpful in assisting me in selecting the right pair of shoes. She went above and beyond by bringing out additional options from the sale section and informing me of their availability. As a result of her assistance, I purchased two pairs of shoes. I would like to express my gratitude to her for her outstanding service.

I got my son his first school shoes from Clarks, Preston city centre. We had a brilliant experience, Annah served us, she was really helpful and sweet with my son. Thank you!

Excellent service
Excellent service, we'd come at a busy time for new school shoes so the number system really helped. We didn't have to wait long and our assistant, Annah, was very helpful and patient 😊
