I visited the Clarks shop in Nuneaton today for the very first time.
I noticed some really lovely shoes that were on a sale rack outside the shop.
I went in and was served by a lovely lady called Kerry.
She went above and beyond in helping me and her friendly and efficient service made the experience a very pleasurable one.
I’m absolutely over the moon with my purchase and thank you Kerry for making my first visit such a memorable one

Eden was especially helpful. I feel that she went over and above to help us choose a suitable pair of school shoes.

Fantastic customer service at the Nuneaton branch from Luca. He was very patient with my 2 year old who wanted to run around when asked to walk in his new shoes. I bought the next size up as there was a very good sale on in store which was cheaper than their outlet store online.

I took my little girl to get her feet measured, she has always been very sensitive when getting her feet measured. Chloe was great with my little girl. Chloe was very helpful when picking new shoes and thoroughly checked that they fitted well. She knew her stuff and what to look for when measuring toddlers feet and was really friendly and professional. Both girls were lovely in the shop (I am not sure of the name of the other girl).

Went for my daughters first pair of shoes. It was a Friday morning so it was quiet. Lizzie from the nuneaton store was very sweet and helpful. She was a whizz at measuring feet especially with a wriggly 1 year old and gave me lots of helpful tips to pick the best shoes for my daughter. She made the experience very special which meant a lot as it was a big occasion

When coming to your store I was greeted by a lovely girl called Jamie-Leigh. She was extremely helpful and supported me with my purchase. I will definitely be coming again :)

The shop was clean, well lit and looked presentable. Wasn't busy. Was approached by one of the ladies who fairly quickly returned with a measuring device to measure daughters feet. My daughter Struggles due to her difficulties so I asked the assistant if I could lift the measuring device and measure myself but I think she wasn't happy as she literally got up and left. Didn't bother to come back and check on us and I had to go and ask for sizes needed. She obviously had an attitude as I could tell from the way she spoke to her colleague, clearly was speaking about me and my daughter.
Found it really rude and disrespectful. Won't be going back.
I'm sure there's plenty of people that would appreciate having a job and actually bothering with customers unlike this young and clearly unexperienced girl.
