Grace at Northampton 5506 store
I went to the Northampton 5506 store to buy my daughter her first shoes. Grace greeted us straight away as we entered the shop and was fantastic with my daughter, who was a bit unsure about having her feet measured. Grace found us the perfect shoes and had great product knowledge. We will definitely return for my daughter’s next pair of shoes!

Amazing lovely staff
Went to get my son's feet measured and some new shoes. Liam went out of his way to talk to my son and to include him in picking his shoes. He spoke to him throughout the time. Liam was amazing in helping me pick my son's shoes and making sure we left with the correct size. Had such a great experience and lovely workers. Liam went above and beyond to talk and feel welcoming. Offering useful and helpful advice.

Katie could not have been more helpful, and despite the stressful working conditions with major works taking place right outside of the store, Katie was calm, friendly and patient with a very excitable and slightly disregulated 6yo customer.

Thank you to Grace who went above and beyond to make my 2 1/2 year old daughter’s shoe shopping experience really special. Grace was very busy but nothing was too much trouble. My daughter loved it!
