Absolute non existent customer service.

Still zero contact from company since I sent multiple contact forms. Utter utter garbage.

Oh and wait for the generic response to everyone……

Measured wrong size and feet covered in blisters

Son was measured by a member of staff, he said the shoes were too tight, staff repeatedly said ‘I know you want to be a 2 but you’re a 1.5, said that the size 2 was far too big. Son wore them for 2 days a school, blisters and feet cut to ribbons. Returned to same shop 2 weeks after original fitting to be told he’s a 2G and not a 1.5F. Not happy at all with the state his feet are in.

Fantastic Customer Service

We had a very positive experience in the store today and Thomas was amazing with my little girl, it was quite a busy time however we did not feel rushed at all and my little one had a fab time trying all the shoes on and said WOW at each pair, he really made sure each pair fitted her comfortably and let her had a proper run around in them, Excellent customer service
