Clarks - Newport IOW Recensioni 25

So glad to of gone into Clarks to find Sam working as she knows exactly what she is doing and is always friendly. We went in a few days prior and got served by a very miserable lady who seemed like she didn't want to be there. She placed a ordered for my son who is 2 and when we went in store to collect the trainers we're for a adult!! Sam and Louis T served us and they were great. Professional, chatty, happy and measured my children's feed correctly and refunded me on the error the lady made a few days prior. These guys are a asset to Clarks. I used to shop in Southampton Clarks as the staff in Newport are either miserable or incompetent but now I have met Sam I will now save myself a ferry fare and shop only when she is in branch. She should be manager as she's great. If anyone has had a bad experience in the past call up and see if Sam is in and if so give them a second chance as she restored my faith in the shop.

The staff are really excellent in clarks as they speak to you clearly, politely and we're respectful.

There is nothing that clarks staff in Newport, Isle of Wight needs to change

We visited the Clarks, Newport, Isle of Wight store with a view of purchasing a pair of shoes for my husband. We started to look around and were greeted by Sam, the assistant manager, to see if we needed any assistance. She was very helpful and quickly fetched various shoes for him to try on. He decided on a pair of Mullan , which were carefully boxed and the receipt emailed to us at checkout.
It was so nice to go into a store with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
We would definitely shop there again.

Dreadful in Store ordering experience, waited waited and still waiting!

Store initially claimed that you don’t do the shoes I wanted. Salesperson then looked it up online and agreed you do but ..manager doubted you would have my size…but you did which annoyed them even more as they definitely didn’t want to do a store order.

In store ordering experience was them nothing mores than them doing an online order with store delivery, creating an account and most annoying without asking contact preferences so I’m now getting Clarks marketing emails I don’t want !

No express delivery, being a store one would expect a direct fast delivery, but sadly not just a very slow fulfilment process. 3 to 5 days estimate took a week to dispatch and then the courier is via Evri and delivery to store failed as Evri tried to deliver when the store was closed ….so still waiting.

I’ve now bought from another shoe shop as I need them for a holiday and has no confidence in Clark’s providing any sort of customer service. Sadly my next challenge will be getting a refund, if they ever arrive at the Newport store.

I went to Clarks in Newport, Isle of Wight & was served by Spencer. His customer service was brilliant, he was so patient trying to order a pair of sandals I wanted. They were out of stock but he explored every angle. This young man deserves a great future

I went in to clarks shoes with my friend on the isle of wight, and I have to take my hat off to the lovely chap spenser who served us. I was quite the awkward customer asking him to get every shoe I could find to try on and he was more than happy to do just that for me. The store itself was lovely and clean and the other staff including the manager (??) were so lovely. It was refreshing to see. Well done isle of wight clarks!!!!!

The manager and staff at Clarks Newport Isle of Wight are so friendly and helpful. If they do not have the shoe size and width you need in stock, they go out of their way to try and locate the size and width you need and order them for you. Our family wouldn’t shop anywhere else for our shoes.

Went to Clarks Newport Isle of Wight today with my Autistic 3 year old grandson. I knew it would be challenging! I was served by a young lady called Jess, well she was wonderful, patient, professional and caring. I dont often leave reviews but though she deserved to be thanked. Well done Clarks!

Sam at the Newport Isle of Wight branch was amazing with my little 2 year old. She was a bit grumpy and doesn't like change so didn't want to give up her current shoes, but Sam was very patient with her. We managed to find a pair that fitted and now my daughter likes her new shoes. Just needed a little persuasion through the day. Sam was very calm and friendly to my daughter when checking her feet size and my daughter even gave her a cuddle after we bought her new shoes. Thankfully a pleasant experience buying for a grumpy 2 year old.

Sara & Sam at Newport store on the Isle of Wight provided the most friendliest & welcoming experience we have ever had shoe shopping. Just been in to the IOW store with my son who has a learning disability and autism. Jess was incredibly calm and patient resulting in achieving feet measuring and a comfortable pair of shoes. Great service

I was assisted by Claire in the Newport, Isle of Wight shop. Claire was pleasant, patient, very helpful and measured my feet, which was very useful.
On the 24 June I returned to the shop after deciding to change for a different design of shoe and was ably helped by Sara, who was also most helpful and extremely patient, making sure I was happy with my purchase. Both ladies are a credit to Clarks.
