Niamh was super helpful, friendly and polite. She gave us her full attention even though the shop was busy. Great customer service.

We came into the Milton Keynes store to get our children's feet measured ahead of September and we were looked after by Lily S. My children are all neurodivergent and in a very busy shop they were shouting, jumping all over the place, running through other groups of people and generally speaking not making Lily's job very easy - however Lily was absolutely outstanding. She showed so much patience and understanding when my daughter had some very strong opinions on what type of shoe she wanted and she worked with us to make sure we were looked after efficiently and with great care. I find situations like that really stressful usually but Lily was so calm and approachable that it ended up being easy

Came into get some shoes for my 13 Yr old, Zack was very pleasant and made the experience hassle free. He definitely made a positive impression.

Great online order and shipment experience, although unfortunately one of my pairs are tighter than the claimed size hence needed a return via the store. The return and refund process is smooth in the store either. Thumb up !

It was so easy to order the shoes I wanted. I was informed of the estimated delivery date and then emailed again when the shoes had been delivered to store. A good experience all round.

James in Milton Keynes gave flawless service sizing and fitting my son for school shoes. We find it tricky being between sizes and wide feet. They ensured the right fit and even called other stores to check stock on sizes they didn’t stock. Luckily we found the perfect pair at MK.

Great service from Harry P at the Milton Keynes branch in the City Centre. Went on a Sunday to try to get more comfortable shoes for my son, aged 17 for Sixth Form. Harry was so patient and helpful with advice while my son tried on many styles. (He has wide feet). Finally got a pair that fitted great. 2 weeks on and the shoes have proved to be super comfortable. Pity they don’t do the same shoes in brown!

Another good quality pair of childrens shoes. The initial size that I had ordered online was a little small. We visited Clarks MK store and surprisingly they had in stock a half size up. I wasn't expecting this as many times they run out of stock in store during start of school term. But they gave us a half size up and exchanged the ones I bought online. Staff are helpful and polite.

The order placed on line was easy and good, but the staff in your showroom at Eagle Walk was utterly hopeless, the Manager/ Supervisor was more interested in her mobile phone than the customers ! 👎

First visit to store with my 3 yr old granddaughter. Greeted immediately by Liv who measured her feet then allowed us to browse. We chose four styles which Liv found in the correct size for us, and she checked every pair for fit. Brilliant experience, I will return for my granddaughter’s shoes every time. Store was clean and tidy and Liv was very polite and competent.

Lovely staff at Milton Keynes store. Unfortunately the sandals I had ordered didn't fit but it was no problem to get a refund

The store was very busy and not enough fully trained staff were working. My child had her feet measured incorrectly, which wasn't picked up on by the "fitting" team when my daughter tried on shoes and resulted in us buying the wrong size shoes (which we had to do online as they were out of stock in store of the patent version).
