Visited the Longwell Green store today to measure our son for his first pair of shoes and was greeted by Clare. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Great with our 1 year old and was able to give us some great advice.

At Bristol Longwell Green. Clare was very patient and took much effort to find the right pair of shoes for my mother. Much appreciated. This is what differentiates Clarks from a supermarket shelf.

I had a really great experience with Clare at the Longwell Green store when I took my son in for new school shoes. Clare was really thorough when she measured my son's feet and was really helpful in recommending the right shoe for him.

Whilst we had a bit of a wait as it was quite busy, once we were with Clare both girls had a really great experience and we walked out with perfect shoes for both of them. My littlest was reluctant to have her feet measured at first but Clare clearly had great tricks to get her engaged and by the time we left she was blowing Clare kisses goodbye.

Superb service. Friendly, polite members of staff. One of the girls measured my children feet and was super helpful giving advice. I didn't get her name but she was amazing.
Clare assisted us with getting the shoes sorted, packed and ready to go, we had a lovely little chit chat about our move to Spain as a family with her and she was ever so friendly, she also suggested that of we joined their Mal list we could get 10% discount, so helpful!.

We were greeted by Musa as soon as we entered the store, we were there to get our sons feet measured and potentially come away with his first pair of shoes. Musa was great with him explained measurements well and advised us towards the shoe options we had. Luckily they had his size in stock and asked us if we'd like a fitting to double check everything was correct. Overall a good experience and Musa is a credit to the company

The shop at Longwell Green is spacious and easy to access. The staff who helped me were great: Hassan was charming on the sales desk, and his colleague, who's name I didn't catch, was really helpful getting me different sizes to try on.

I went to Clarks in Longwell Green and was helped by Hassan to find the perfect boots. He was so helpful and at the same time gave me space and time to try them. As the ones I like didn't have the right number he ordered them for me. I really like the quality of Clarks' products and the service was 5 stars.

My son had new shoes for back to school in September. His feet have grown. Remembered about the 3 month guarantee (if they don’t fit within 3 months of fitting, Clarks will replace them). Gone up a whole size. Excellent service in store from Clare. Easy, simple & very helpful. Thank you.

Went to the Longwell Green store. Super helpful member of staff (Kayleigh). She was very patient and completely understood the type of boots I was looking for. I chose the style I liked and she also showed me them in alternative colours. Ended up with 2 pairs so really happy. Had my elderly mum with me and Kayleigh asked her if there was anything she needed today, was lovely to see her happily trying on shoes and she also purchased a new pair. Fab customer service. Thank you Kayleigh.

Chloé was brilliant; she was helpful and friendly without putting on the pressure to buy. In spite of shopping for shoes at the end of the summer holidays when stock was low, Chloé went the extra mile and managed to find shoes that fit my children and they liked, all in one visit, no mean feat! I left the shop a very grateful mother...
