I had the best service ever, in Clarks London Victoria Street store, from a young lovely lad, Oliver.
His patience, excellent manner and customers oriented approach and treatment was second to none. His ability to make a customer, leave happy is second to none.
I would suggest Oliver promoting to a Managerial, leading post for coaching and directing staff where they need to be.

I went into Clark’s in Victoria and Murshada was very helpful with finding the shoe I was looking for, she found the pair of shoes for me instantly and was so lovely and made shoe shopping too easy. Thankyou Murshada!

So was super helpful and went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience

Andrew was accommodating and even showed me a pair of trainers which were not on the shelves and I ended up buying them. Thank you Andrew.

Andrew was very helpful in getting me different pairs to try on but was also not pushy when I wanted to look at a few other options in different places. I ended going back on another day and buying shoes from Clarks and am very happy with them.

I went to the Victoria Street branch of Clarks. I have large feet and always have problems finding shoes that fit. Andrew helped me and spent extra time finding the right size shoes in the back store. I ended up buying two pairs. Very pleased with them.

My 5 stars are not only for the shoes I purchased but in particular I want to mentioned the staff Victori and Sophie. Victor very welcoming and Sophie very professional and kind.

This was at the Victoria Branch. Sophie was incredibly helpful and kind - we bonded over both of us recently getting kittens! She was lovely throughout, and she should be getting caternity leave!

I attended the Victoria store about 10 minutes before it was due to close but the service I received made me feel like the first customer of the day! Sophie spoke me through a range of styles asking me questions, such as which event I was purchasing for, to help me select the correct shoe. My shoe was sadly available in size but Sophie saved the day by ordering shoes online to arrive to the store for me to try on. This level of service convenienced me to buy 2 pairs of shoes. Sophie showcases all that is Clarks and is a credit to this great company.

I was just buying a shoes, and being served by Victor, who was really helpful and fast to give me the right side of the shoes what I bought.

Definitely really good costumer service he did, I recommend to everbody if ypu come to Clarks around Victoria

When I visited this branch I received excellent advice from Andrew on the pros and cons of various shoes (I have wide feet and often find it difficult to find shoes that fit well). I bought several different pairs and am very pleased with them. For men with wide feet, I recommend Clark's H fitting: not all of Clarks shoes come in that width, but I found they do enough different styles in an H fitting to meet all my needs.

Great experience with the service provided by the executives. Particularly victor is a very helpful and a good person who suggested a good pair of shoes to me which one I bought together with another one which is suggested by my friend.
