Lisa from Clarks in Lincoln did a great job in measuring and suggesting shoes for school. Really professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service!

Eloise at the Lincoln Clark’s was so helpful today - a really professional fitting Service. We were given multiple options for my daughter's school shoes and Eloise was so accommodating. We also purchased some additional product's to extend the wear of the shoes with her guidance. With blue light card discount as an additional bonus and the Clark’s guarantee well explained we recommend this store and representative.

We went to choose my sons school shoes, we had a fantastic visit. My son has autism and adhd, I expected him to have a meltdown but Lucy S from the lincoln branch was amazing with him. She managed to measure his feet, help him choose a pair of shoes, he absolutely enjoyed his visit. Thank you Lucy S.

The shop was incredibly busy with back to school shoe shopping, however there were lots of staff on & a very efficient process for dealing with all the families. We were offered assistance as soon as we walked into the store.
Erin who served us was very friendly & chatty, talking both to me & both of my children, showing real interest in them. She measured them both asked them what kind of thing they liked. From their descriptions she brought just two boxes down, one for each of them. Her choices were spot on, a brogue for my daughter & a practical but stylish shoe for my son who starts secondary school in September.
She spent time talking about the shoes to each of them, the fit & care. Payment was quick & Erin explained the 3 month fit guarantee to me too. She also recommended a scuff shoe polish which might help the longevity of my sons shoes as he transitions from little boy to secondary school lad!
We were in & out within 30mins & Erin was absolutely fabulous treating all 3 of us as valued customers, with excellent advice!

We took our little girl in for her first pair of school shoes and we were looked after by Ella M, she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and put our very shy 4 year old at total ease. Brilliant customer service.

I have a mixed review on Clark’s Lincoln.
I went into the store on Tuesday 30th July and asked for my feet to be measured for work shoes. The young lady measured my feet as 8 and 8.5. I was shocked as I normally wear size 7. I said I would go away and have a think about what shoe to buy.

I then went back into store again (2nd August ) and asked a lady to re measure me. She said I was 6.5 on one foot and 7 on the other. The lady I saw today was lovely ! She was ever so helpful.

It is a little silly that the shoes Clark’s sell are around £60 yet not all staff members clearly cannot size feet properly. If I would have brought size 8.5 shoes it would have not supported my feet at all and just of slipped of.

The staff member today was very understanding and was confused herself on how I was measured that wrong! I have now brought size 7 shoes and am very happy with them and the customer service I got today.

Incidentally, as we were leaving a customer was needlessly rude and unpleasant. Lucy couldn’t have been more professional and polite with her.

From entering the store ,we had a warm welcome. Sarah, who served us was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and she went backwards and forwards to get us the right size shoe. She gave good advice about the shoes fitting and the best polish etc to use. The payment system wasn't working as it should and she was very apologetic. Overall excellent service and would definitely return.

Would like to just bring to notice of the fantastic service my wife and I received by Erin. This is no way detrimental to the rest of the staff who were full of smiles and helpful. Erin served us and it was a pleasure to be served by her. Being in the retail business myself, me and wife were amazed by the service

Toni in the Lincoln store on High St is super awesome and in my opinion the epitome of what customer service should be. She was patient in helping my kids, got us all sized up in the perfect school shoes. We appreciate good service with product knowledge and Toni is an asset to your company.
