My daughters school shoes have split after a short time but I had not kept the receipt . Despite the shoes obviously being Clarks I was told there was nothing I could do . Poor quality and poor service

Easy and straightforward
My granddaughter needed new school shoes and her mother due to work commitments. We visited a Clarks store whilst shopping for other things and the pair she liked were not in stock in her size, confirmed by having her feet measured. I decided to order on line and collect from our nearest store. This was easy and straightforward and I shall do it again if the need arises.

I was served by a really helpful former pupil .
I was served by a really helpful and courteous young man called Bailey at the Ilkley store . As a former pupil of mine I was so impressed with how he has matured since leaving school and hope he continues to excel in all he does in the future .
He was helpful , courteous and knowledgeable.
