Easy to find what I wanted on-line and to order it. Delivered as notified to our local store where the staff were cheerful and helpful. Usual excellent service all round.
Ordered boots to store in a size 4 but legs were too narrow. Tried a size 5 and fit well. Good service from the shop

Cyan was fantastic!
We always come to Hitchin Clark’s for school shoes, however today stood out. Cyan was fantastic with my children, really friendly and spoke to them in a way that she showed she understood some children are very un-keen on the measuring process, as my eldest is. She made him feel comfortable quickly and made him laugh. She happily got shoes we asked for and again used a child friendly approach to engage my boys and ensure they were a big part of the decision making process. Thank you so much for a relatively simple school shoe buying experience!
