I have to say that the service I received from Frankie was excellent, she went all out to help me find the perfect pair of shoes for work, as on my feet 12.5 hrs a night at the hospital she deserves recognition for her empathy & compassion to her customers & job

Grace is a credit to Clark’s! She was fantastic with my daughter when we went to get measured and choose new school shoes. Thank you so much!

We have found it difficult to find school shoes for my 12 year old daughter who has different size and very narrow feet. For the second year in a row Hinckley Clark’s have been able find her shoes that fit and she loves. We previously visited the Clarks Store in Coventry, who were too busy to help and under stocked.

Frankie served us today and was able to listen to what my daughter wanted, offer a variety of shoes styles and her own personal advice on which shoes came larger/ narrow in fit. She was very pleasant personable and patient. Pleased to find ‘old fashioned’ shoe shop service and values from this franchise.

Clarks Hinckley is the best store for miles. I trust their fitting and they always go above and beyond. This week when the boots my child chose weren’t available Jennifer Witty ordered them in especially for us. We were then welcomed back by Rachel and Jennifer, made to feel at home and left feeling reassured and happy. This was a stark comparison to a branch nearer to home where the service is terrible so we much prefer travelling 10 minutes further to know we are not only served with good manners and efficiency but that they make the effort to remember us and my daughter’s name. Love the Hinckley branch of Clark’s!

Luca helped us with fitting and choosing of my son’s first pair of school shoes. He had such a great manner and was really thorough in making sure the shoes fit my son. What an asset to the store. My son loves his new shoes and can’t wait to wear them!

Excellent service from Adam at Clarks Hinckley. Visited with my daughter and 3 grandchildren (aged 6 years and under). Adam was courteous, helpful and very patient with the children. All staff seemed happy and not put out when the youngest moved some of their display shoes around!

Luca was very attentive and informative throughout my 3 grandchildrens fittings. He obviously enjoys his job.

Today we were served by Adam at the Hinckley store. He was very helpful when purchasing school shoes for both my children. Highly recommended. Thank you Adam.

Excellent service from Maddie - went in to get my girls’ feet measured and she was so good with them, really patient and understanding that they were very excited about getting new shoes!

Brought my daughter some new trainers. Lovely experience by Adam, my daughter enjoyed looking at herself in the mirror. Adam helped my daughter pick out a stylish pair and was kind and attentive

Rachael at the Hinckley store was not only patient and friendly with my daughter measuring her feet and choosing the right shoes for her- my daughter is now convinced they are best friends! Exemplary service!

Visited Hinckley store to measure my special needs son's feet. Young Luca measured son's feet with lots of patience & compassion. Hard to believe such abyoung man was so matured in his service, really impressed. Hope his bosses take notice of this review & reward him for his great attitude. Very rare to meet such people in this day and age.

Leanne in the Hinckley stores was so good with my daughter who was very scared. She has previously been in hospital and very sensitive to people coming too close. by the end of the shoe fitting my daughter was giving Leanne High 5’S and waving with a big smile on her face. This is the second time Leanne has served us, once when training and she was brilliant then but now she is very confident and a lovely addition to the store. I will definitely be looking for her when we need my toddlers feet measured again.
