Jess at the Hereford Store was so accommodating for our autistic son, who needed to find his first pair of school shoes before starting school in September. We knew this would be a challenging appointment for him, as he has sensory processing difficulties and struggles with wearing anything other than the same cheap and very loose fitting shoes. But Jess was calm, patient, attentive and interacted with him in such a lovely way. He walked away with school shoes and later on also a pair of trainers. Thank you for helping us all navigate this big milestone and for making the experience as enjoyable as possible!

I visited the Hereford branch on the 30/07/25 and received excellent service from Cameron, who fitted my daughter’s school shoes. He was extremely friendly and made sure my daughter’s shoes were perfect fit.
This isn’t my local branch but will definitely visit this branch again because the staff a lot friendlier in Hereford.Lucy from Solihull

The staff are always so patient and kind, my son has additional needs and he can be quite hard to measure and the staff never seem annoyed at his behavior in store. Cameron was very good measuring my son's feet and patient and really thoroughly checked they were the right fit for him and was happy to help with all my questions. I always go to Clarks with my son as I know they won't judge in any way and are so good with him, even when he's jumping around licking the mirrors!

Amazing service today getting my little boys first pair of preschool shoes, Cameron goes above and beyond to ensure the shoes are an accurate fit and have the most comfortable wear.

Had my granddaughters feet measured by Dee at Clark’s Hereford store ! Made to feel very Wellcome ! Excellent people skills made my granddaughter feel at ease talked about her starting school in reception class ! Highly recommend the store & team

Dee was extremely helpful so buying sandals for our little grandson Harry was a real joy. I can remember when i was his age looking at my feet inside the machine to see my skeleton and we're sure our little Harry will have fond memories of his visit. x

Dee was attentive and very helpful with our grandsons sandals, showing us all the options available. It was lovely to have an lady with genuine experience to deal with us.

Dee helped us get out daughter’s first new shoes and they are great. She was very knowledgeable and really helped us get the right shoes for our baby.

We went to Clark’s in Hereford for new school shoes for our son and new summer shoes/sandals for our son and little girl. Jess served us, she explained everything well, and put the children at ease whilst they were measured and tried on different shoes. They had a great experience and we ended up with great fitting shoes.

I bought a pair of shoes for £72 a few months ago from Hereford Clarks. There were few scratches on the shoe to start with and the lady said that they'll go away with polish and asked me to bring them back if not. I wore it for a month very sparingly to find loads of scratches/marks and when I went to the lady again she was like I have been scrubbing my shoe and had been dragging it on the floor! Raised a complaint and the response was quite disappointing. I've been buying shoes for like 7 years from Clarks and I'd never buy again, you could see the very poor quality of their products now and can see the deterioration of their customer service. They used to sell good products, it's now just pricey with an old good name attached to it. Never buy with them, go for better products like Dune London.

Went in today to buy some slippers. Very good customer service from Dee, who asked me what I needed, took the description and found a range of relevant examples. All very straightforward and pleasant. Bought the pair I was looking for. Wearing them at the moment!
