Amna who served us today was absolutely fantastic, we had some shoes we bought the day before that didn’t fit. Amna did another measure and recommended wider shoes. They were perfect.. she talked to our 4 year old who loved her!!.. she’s an asset to your company.

School shoe success!
We visited today to buy my sons first ever school shoes- what a fab experience! We had booked an appointment online, Leanne at the Hemel Hempstead branch was waiting for us on arrival and guided us through how to understand the fitting and our choices. Despite having a less common width fitting we had several choices (in stock) and we left with everything we needed, confident in the choices we made. Thank you so much Leanne!

Lola at Hemel Hempstead was incredibly helpful and patient! My eldest daughter took a loooong time to select her school shoes but Lola helped us along the way. Very happy with the service and the shoes selected.

Great store, excellent customer service!
Came to the store for back to school shoes and I was so impressed! Served by Leanne who was fast and efficient and was great with my daughter and had exactly what we came in for. The store was lovely, clean and tidy too. All round lovely experience.Thank you!
