Imadh at Harrow branch, gave excellent customer service.

I walked in as an annoyed customer, given that a shoe order had failed, and I left with a smile.

Imadh honestly managed my expectations and gave me options to help resolve my issue.

Tinny was super helpful with my parchase. She new what to help me look for when purchasing a new pair of Boots. Her service was professional and helpful, and quick. I'd recommend the store, and Tinny.
