The manager and the sales person Valbona from the Hammersmith branch showed very good customer service and empathy, the way she cared about the style of shoe and helped me match it to the current fashion trend not only were they both very personable in the way they dealt with me but they showed professionalism and skill. I walked out smiling and I will definitely be back to Clark’s in Hammersmith for more, give them a promotion. Thank you both for making my day.

I am leaving my review here online and hope this is acknowleded. I was on travel in the UK with my partner and I needed to buy some shoes for a few family members and my self. My name is Neil and I just want to say how wonderful the staff are at Hammersmith store especially one sales person that did help me make decisions with buying shoes, they checked the size on tablets store and went to stock room to look for my shoes in different colours giving me effort and time, also while helping me I notice they helping others to I feel so well treated and believe customer care is important, I was so delighted by the women's service I ended up buying more than usual and spent quite abit I believe near over £200 and also it was very busy and the staff trying to handle other customer on till transactions did well and did a good job with me being so patient with insisting so many changes, I noticed one shoe was slightly not that clean they even offered me to order a new pair but also help me with cleaning the shoe and showing the shoe care facility. I am happy with what I had spent and I am happy with the shoes I brought. I want to say thank you to the lady that help me with running around trying to get me everything from stock room, while she was so busy. She was also polite and consistent with me, had alot of patients as she did alot of running around for me to get me what I need. I absolutely love the attention and attenment from this sale person. What a fantastic service, I want to send my acknowledgements to staff and say thank you to naziema and the store for wonderful service. I am travelling back to China and wanted to leave this comment. Hammersmith u have good people and staff I hope naziema u go higher up in the ladder and success. :) thank you for your sales I hope to come to uk and do more shopping again.

I finally have a chance to write this I was not able to earlier, but I wanted to speak about my experiences with clarks I am so happy with my service. I came in to Hammersmith store, one of my shoes was damaged. I needed a new pair and felt very lost I didn't know what to buy, one lady very friendly, greeted me, she made me feel comftable allowing me space for choice of shoes she showed me a range for there shoes on shop floor. While helping me she was helping other customer I saw some multi skills, she also was quick to go to stockroom and go find my shoes, she was patient and calm with me, I have been to so many stores but not felt this good before I felt important as a customer. When I go to do shopping for shoes I notice most places they push u for sales to buy, they are agreesive to make people to buy. But for me it's about quality and not quantity for service. But this one lady treated me very well and I mean in such good way, she also offered me shoe care products. I would like to say thank you for the wonderful service given to me. I later found out what the ladies name was, but I want to say to the store and management I hope you acknowledge and give this message to that women who helped me to buy my shoes, she was wonderful brilliant, so fast in getting shoes for me downstairs, Hammersmith you have great stuff in your store and I hope management show the acknowledgement to this staff, your lucky to have good people that genuinely show care, some stores they only think about money and being aggressive to push sales, but no this wonderful lady was excellent in her manner and gave me options and choices and I am delighted with the service I will maybe drop in cards and chocolates for her. I want to say thank you for Naseema. I hope this acknowledgement is shown and thank you for your hard work for customers like me and making efforts. Thank you Hammersmith clarks.

I had came into Hammersmith clarks to pick up an order on behalf of a friend as my friend is abroad and could not get the orders for their shoes, so I only had one email and the orders was 2 but my friend did not receive one of the email with out any tracking order. I went to discuss this and there was one lady on a Friday very young person she was so polite and helpful. I discuss this with her and my concerns and she was very quick and effective in communication to me and went to resolve this matter with another team member to trace the details and order number she mentioned to me she had to discuss this with her team leader if there are issues with an order. I have been to so many stores but when I saw the service of this lady I was delighted to know that people show care to customers and she was super friendly and dealt with this matter immediately and was very communicative and constantly helpful. I asked for her name I found out it is naseema. I am so grateful to have been provided good service it is hard to find genuine people that do good customer service. From Mr bergeuot.

I recently visited clarks Hammersmith on Monday and i came across this lovely, friendly, very helpful women, she was very quick and efficient in helping to find the shoes i wanted also i brought shoe care because she recommended something very good to me and anything i requested help in she did a wonderful job in finding what i need i also felt very comfortable talking about my personal experience with finding shoes she gave advice and support and i am very pleased and happy with her service it was absolutely fantastic! It is common in a big town like London to be treated just like the n-th customer of the day. Not at Clarks, Hammersmith! Rina did a fantastic job in making sure I was perfectly happy with my lovely new pair of lilac sneakers. The manager was very helpful around getting my gift card to work. I definitely recommend the store for the high quality of the shoes and the excellent customer service.
