Poor service and choice
Visited clarkes store in gravesend today with my grandson for new school shoes when we were served and his feet were measured I was shocked to see only 2 different styles to chose from but worst of all the young lady who served us didn’t even come back to us to check they fitted his feet correctly. I have never had that in clarkes before and probably won’t go back there

Our stores can only hold stock of a single pair of each size, fit and colour in any style at one time. Unfortunately, the particular size or colour may have sold out earlier in the day. If you return to store to have the fit checked, please don’t hesitate to mention your concerns to the manager who would be happy to assist.
