Great experience today at Clarks in Grantham. Wendy was very helpful, giving advice as to which shoe size was the better fit for me. She was friendly & efficient as were the other staff in the shop. I'm very pleased with my purchase & visit to this store.

Went to get my granddaughter some school shoes and was welcomed by Helen. She measured her feet and got a selection of shoes to try and gave honest opinions about the fit as my granddaughter walked. Nothing was too much trouble.
All the staff working was polite and had plenty of smiles 😃 thankyou 😊

Grantham store once again EXCELLENT customer service, 5 star every time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went into Clarkes to get my infant son measured for his first pair of shoes. Hattie was very attentive, calm & gentle when measuring my son’s feet and offered her professional opinion in what would be the best best option for comfort for his little feet.

We left with a lovely pair of shoes and one very happy boy. Thank you Hattie 😊

Excellent customer service as usual at my local grantham clarks. Lovely friendly staff. Manager HELEN measured and fitted my 1 year olds doodles where we had a choice of a few to chose from. Very happy with our service!!

As always a great experience purchasing school shoes for my children. The attention to detail on measuring their little growing feet to finding the perfect pair of shoes - even if it means ordering the right size in.

I have been a customer with Helen and her team for years and appreciate their care and attention every single time.

Clark’s shoes are made of great quality and last a long time whilst keeping my children’s feet growing well. It’s great to have them on our doorstep in Grantham - please never think of just going online! The in shop experience is A* from start to finish.

Second pair of standard school shoes for boy aged 12. Second pair to peel away from the soles after only a few months wear. Each pair lasted less than one term. The first time the Clarks shop exchanged them (albeit I had to fork out to buy the new ones before they would process the refund for the faulty items) but this time not interested. In a passive aggressive response I was told by the shop manager that there is no period of guarantee for childrens’ shoes and we shouldn’t expect anything better. She offered a 20% discount if I bought a new pair of shoes costing between £70 and £80!
Clarks shoes are not the quality they used to be and the service even less so. At £54 a pair I shall not be buying any more and certainly not returning to this branch where previously we have always shopped for my son’s shoes.
Instead we will buy cheap shoes at a third of the price from the local ASDA and expect to throw away regularly. It’s not eco friendly but with all other costs rising dramatically, like many others we need to prioritise.

Went into Grantham Clarks today as my daughters feet had grow after they fitted her first pair, all the staff in were absolutely brilliant, Helen was chatting away to my nearly 2 year old daughter and showed us many options and we left with 2 pairs. The atmosphere in the store was fantastic and nothing was too much bother. Will be back next time she grows.

Helen was fantastic, she was very kind and considerate and I felt that she took the time to really understand what I needed. I walked away with a £120 pair of boots and confidence that I will return to the Clarks store in Grantham.

Bought school shoes from Clarks in Grantham, spent close to £50 a pair. Sole now worn out.. I'm fuming.. what's the point? Could have spent £10 at ASDA's or bought 5 .. I'm fuming.

Visited Gratham store today feeling a bit unwell and needed to buy some shoes today the team in the shop were helpful and went above and beyond. Got the shoes I wanted and left with a smile .

The ladies at Grantham Clarks could not be faulted on the service I received today! Nothing was too much trouble and they were especially helpful finding a wide size in a suitable style for what I needed. The knowledgeable and friendly staff deserve every credit for the welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience they have created.

Wendy at the Clarks store in Grantham was extremely helpful when measuring my three sons feet during August. Although the store was short staffed and my boys are quite energetic (!) she was understanding and sorted out new school shoes that both my older sons were happy with promptly. Thanks again Wendy.

Had great service in the grantham branch. Very helpful from Charley who was very patient choosing school shoes for a very fussy child. Nothing was to much trouble. All went very smooth. Highly recommend.

We have used our Clarks shop, on the High Street, Grantham, Lincolnshire over the years. You go in and there is alway's a lovely member of staff to greet you with a very pleasing manner. I was served today by Helen, who was lovely, friendly and very helpful. Will definitely go again.🙂

I took my little girl in for her first pair of school shoes earlier this week at the Grantham branch and what amazing service we had! Helen was extremely good at making sure my little girl was at ease as she was a little shy to begin with! It’s safe to say we came out with a lovely pair of school shoes and one happy little girl thanks to Helen!

Went to clarks grantham yesterday and the customer service was incredible especially Helen she made what can be so stressful so easy!!
