I literally came out of the store like I'd finished the London Marathon, we did it! We got her new school shoes and achieved a personal best! It's Clarks every time for quality, range and helpful staff, including with neuro diverse child. All the staff were working their socks off today and keeping their smiles. Big thanks to Daniel for his patience and advice. Happy child = happy parent. Win!

Safiyyah at Fosse Park was an absolute gem. My grandaughter had very specific ideas about what she wanted, but Safiyyah worked with me on making a sensible choice for school. She turned what could have been a stressful shopping experience into an enjoyable one.

Lovely service from Rhianna, very patient with my son who finds busy shops and new people difficult to cope with. We were given options and both my son and daughter were happy with what they picked up for school. Some shoes were very expensive however I have found that my kids grow out of these shoes before they wear them out unlike other more budget friendly options.

Ysabella was great. Really helpful, kind and patient with my 5yr old.

Excellent customer service from Casey at Fosse Park. My daughter has a lot of sensory difficulties with shoes, and Casey was very patient and knowledgeable, advising on which shoes my daughter would likely find more comfortable. It didn’t take long to find a comfortable fit.

I needed new, comfortable but smart, shoes for work. Having looked around several other places with no joy, popped into Clark’s and pretty much found what I was after straight away. My thanks to Tavleen who was most helpful, efficient and friendly. Next time Clarks will be my first shop to try for new shoes. :)
