Went to Clark’s at Fosse Park Leicester today to purchase pre walking shoes for my grandson . Ace at the store was very helpful and engaging, measuring his feet and finding shoes that fitted well.

I have visited the Leicester Fosse Park store twice now with my one year old and been served by Kerry on both occasions and was amazed by the service received. Firstly she must meet so many people but remembered me and my daughter and what size shoe she was! She was also really welcoming and knowledgeable of what shoes would work best and really put my little girl at ease and made the experience a very pleasant one! Will definitely be asking for future fittings with her!

Had to exchange some kids shoes yesterday as I bought the wrong size for my little boy week before. He was scared to have his feet measured but Amani was so great with him and reassured him. She ensured the shoes fitted correctly and was super friendly and made it all a pleasant experience for him (and therefore me). It was easy to exchange for the correct size which is great when you have 2 little kids to look after.
Maddox who originally sold us the shoes was fabulous the week before with my little girls measurements and had a good knowledge of shoes. Unfortunately, my little boy wasn’t there at the time (or I would have got the correct size) but was grateful Maddox informed me we could exchange if I did buy the wrong size which makes shopping at Clarks reassuring.

Amani in the Leicester fosse park store was extremely helpful and patient with my children.

We visit Clarks at Fosse Park Leicester on 2/6 and we're served by Kerry, she was very professional in her approach, to what turned out to be a long episode. She was extremely helpful and eventually I decided on the pair of trainers I wanted after trying on numerous pairs.
Kerry was patient and offered excellent product knowledge, that's why we use Clarks!

A very enjoyable experience it was the first time my Grandson had gone to Clarks shoe shop and the assistant Aidan was brilliant with my Grandson , he was very patient, and took time to explain to my Grandson why it’s important to have you’re feet measured and to have shoes that fit you well . Many thanks 🤩 my Grandson was a very happy little chappie.

Assisted by Talisha at Fosse Park with shoes for a very lively toddler. She was incredibly patient, determined to find the perfect fit and didn’t get flustered at all despite the store getting busy whilst she was serving us. I went in for one pair, came out with two and will definitely go back here next time.

Tavleen at the Fosse Park store was fantastic. She fitted our son for his first pair of shoes and was full of knowledge and advice for what would be best for his needs. Wry friendly and warm and made our experience even more special. Thank you!

Excellent customer service provided by Maddox. Time taken to measure shoe size and ensure shoe fit correctly. Patient with my child and checked he was happy with style options in his fit.

Laura helped us find our toddlers first shoes today at fosse park. Our son has a prosthetic leg so this was not an easy process. Laura was kind, attentive and patient and was able to help get some trainers that fit both of his feet using the odd shoe policy. This was a really important milestone for us as a family so I appreciate Laura’s help and kindness. Thank you.

Sara was exceptional today. I took my 93 year old mum and Sara was so helpful, enthusiastic, caring and passionate about helping us.. she made my mum feel comfortable and at ease.. that’s what I call great customer service. My mum brought 2 pairs of shoes and very happy.
