Stylish ankle boots
Having bought some lovely ankle boots online and accidentally ordering wide fit, I exchanged them for a regular width in store. The exchange was easy and was delt with by the sales assistant quickly. Very pleased thank you.

Outstanding service for my elderly mother…
I can not thank the assistant Charlotte enough for her kindness and consideration with my elderly mother.
We were in the shop for over an hour and a half, the assistant kept trying alternative styles and sizes until a suitable pair was found.
The assistant was very knowledgable and showed compassion to my mother.
We were both extremely satisfied with the service received. Thank you!
