Disappointing service
I was laughed at when I arrived without an appointment, although they “fitted us in” within minutes. The boy who served us was uninterested, staring around the shop, gave a minimal check of my children’s shoes to ensure they fitted and showed no interest or concern whatsoever. I felt rushed and like we were an inconvenience. A very disappointing school shoe outing.

Went in today to buy school shoes
Went in today to buy school shoes, we were given a ticket and told to wait it would be 15 minutes. After 45 minutes we asked if they could give us an updated timeframe as our car park was running out. Our ticket number was checked and we were then told another 10 minutes. We waited and waited kept checking the ticket they were on and then people after us started being served! No apology, no attempt to serve us so we left to go elsewhere. Awful service we certainly won't be back

We had a really positive and stress free experience while choosing new school shoes for my daughter.
Nathan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Shoes were fit seamlessly; all in all a very positive experience.

Tommy was very helpful I asked him to get a few items he was happy to help and when the item I settled on wasn’t in stock he ordered it online for me to be delivered to home address.

Brilliant from Isabel at Farnham
I had previously gone elsewhere to get my sons first shoes but having outgrown them very quickly, I’m so glad I went to Clarks in Farnham!
I was helped by Isabel who was so wonderful with my fussy 1 year old; he even started grinning at her after she put his new shoes on!
We left delighted which is the absolute opposite to our last experience.
Well done Isabel for being so kind and so good with kids!
