I needed some new insoles for my shoes and, Liz helped me straight away with advising me on what insoles would be best. Liz was super friendly and made my experience a lot easier.

Booked online for a kids shoe fitting in preparation for next week and was helped by Lucy H.

Lucy was approachable, knowledgeable and really helpful. She was really patient with my 2 boys, she complimented their choices of footwear and they were so pleased to hear from Lucy how awesome they looked.

Lucy made the whole experience so easy as I had prepared myself for it to be as stressful as last year when I didn't book a fitting, I'm glad i did this time and had Lucy to help me!

We were served by Lucy K. She was very attentive, polite and knowledgeable. She fitted my granddaughter with her new school shoes. Lucy was very patient, listened to our needs and responded professionally. Lucy is a credit to the Clarke's team at Whitley.

Max was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and really good with my 5 year old grand daughter !

We had a pre booked appointment for back to school shoes. Max was great with our daughter and we were in and out in under 15 minutes. It was very busy but we were not rushed at all.

Went to Whiteley Clark’s to get my 1 year son his first shoes. Max was fantastic and really good with my son who was not a fan of having his foot measured.

Although the shop was extremely busy with parents buying shoes for back to school. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hannah was very patient with us while my youngest ummed and aahh'd over which shoes she wanted and her service was top notch. 10/10 for customer service Hannah. Thank you.

We walked in to a very busy Whiteley Clarks and I forgot to make an appointment. We were greeted by the manager who was so welcoming and helped us straight away. She told us she would get us seen to asap which she did! Maddie came to help us and was amazing from start to finish. We could not have wanted more. Maddie was so knowledgeable and helpful with my kids. She brought out all options available and fitted my children perfectly. I feel confident we got the right shoes in the right sizes!

We had an appointment booked to get measured for first school shoes. We were seated nice a quickly. The store had a good system in place to deal with appointments and walk in's.
We were served by Lucy h and she was brilliant, really great with my daughter and really helpful with availability.

Shoe fitting at the Clarks at Whiteley Shopping Center. Maddie was extremely patient and professional helping us size and find the right shoes for our five children.

This afternoon we visited Clarks-Fareham Whiteley for the dreaded school shoe shop.
The store was absolutely packed BUT was so well organised. We checked in for our appointment and waited a couple of minutes as we were a little early and were soon greeted by Liz.
Liz measured both boys feet, I gave her a brief of their likes and dislikes in school shoes and off she went. Came back quickly with a stack of boxes and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Football school shoes for the win!! There was a favourite before but knew the dino foot print on the bottom would sway it for my eldest!
She checked and double checked the fit and we were done.
I had a discount voucher to use online from their head office due to a quality issue with my children’s previous school shoes and the manager was happy to honour this in store for me today, amazing!
We left and went for dinner and my eldest then decided to tell me he wasn’t sure on his shoes. After dinner we popped back into Clarks and Liz was still there with a smile on her face, she checked all was ok and I said my eldest was having a wobble on the shoe choice. She again showed him the other options available in his size, at that point he looked and said ‘the ones I’ve got are better than these ones.’ However Liz double checked he was definitely happy with the choice.
Honestly the best experience Ive had school shoe shopping with Clarks Whiteley in recent years.

Maddie was both patient and professional throughout our visit to your Whiteley store today.
She could not have done anymore to help my son choose a pair of shoes for school.
Her helpful and friendly demeanor are a credit to your company.
I could tell that she knew her stuff but didn’t force a sale upon us. Instead, Maddie put me at ease by answering all my questions and concerns. She made me feel comfortable and confident that I would be making the right choice for my son.
An all round delightful experience; as far as buying shoes can be, anyway.

Excellent customer service from Amelie at clarks in whitely. Had trouble finding shoes to fit 1 of my daughters and she was so patient and never made us feel like it was to much of a bother to keep trying so many different styles of shoes on. Such a lovely and kind member of staff.
