Good response from the one in Ealing Broadway

The two members of staff were unbelievably helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and I felt no pressure at all. I wish I had their names and remember the date that I have never had a bad experience at Clarks so this tells me it’s a good company to work for so congratulations.!

I visited the Ealing Broadway store to get school shoes for my son who has autism. The store colleague Nadia who assisted us was so wonderful, she was so gentle and patient with my son. She made sure he was calm and comfortable when checking his shoe size, my son felt calm and happy around Nadia. I would like to thank Nadia for being understanding, patient and most importantly kind. Tasks like this are quite daunting for me as I worry about the environment, but my son was very well looked after. Thank you Nadia.

I ordered shoes on line which I’ve done before.
They were given to me quickly, j tried then on and they fitted well.
The shop was very busy and the assistant was quite smiley and pleasant

Well at the start we was waiting looking for staff to come and help no one paid attention to us but then thanks Kimberly we enjoyed our shopping, she came up to us and helped us with everything that we needed & wanted.

We went to the shop in Ealing and were assisted by Kully. It was our daughter's first set of shoes and we had a great experience. Kully did a great job of putting her at ease while sizing and she loves her new shoes! We ended up buying 2 pairs because they're so comfortable and the quality is so great.

Leaving feedback on my experience at Clarks in Ealing Broadway has been on my mind since 21st August 2023. I know you must be thinking what, why would leaving feedback for Clarks be on your mind for nearly 18 months, well it's because I said I would leave feedback in 2023 due to the the exceptional service I received but I never really got around to doing it. Well after 18 months I never forgot as I left the store with so much appreciation. I cannot remember the person's name whom assisted me with my purchases but what I do remember is that he was on the shop floor and stood on the left hand side midway of the store as you walked in. His approachable nature and knowledge of the Clarks stock was intriguing to me. He saw that I was wore a a classic Clarks boot and pointed this out, he recognised that I was loyal the the Clarks brand and the patience he gave me as I tried on boots was extremely kind and considerate. He assisted me with the purchase of two boots that to date have served me well. When I am next in Ealing I will most certainly thank this person again for his remarkable customer service. P.S. Trust pilot did not allow me to select 2023 as an option, so 2024 is it!

I often visit the Ealing store and the experience is always great, the team is professional and helpful. Clarks shoes are comfortable and stylish, they are always my fist choice!

The customer service was excellent. A Very friendly and professional shop assistant with positive attitude and approach. I have received a very useful advice and made good decision to buy the right shoes for me and my wife.

Store opening says opens at 10.00 am, waited there 25 minutes extra to open.

Not the best experience so far. I've ordered a pair of boots online to be delivered and collected from the store in Ealing. Staff wasn't very friendly/energetic but ok, not everyone is every day I guess. But to my surprise the product itself was defective, soles didn't look used so maybe a manufacturing issue, a scratch on the leather and marks of what looked like glue. I tried to set up a return online but I was being charged for it, so had to reach out to customer service which I still haven't received a reply for. The product design itself was very nice though which is why I'm giving 2 stars. I bought another pair so will see how that new one will arrive, but according to the expected delivery time frame will be on the 27th. I just hope the new pair will come in perfect condition and I'll be able to return the faulty items without having to pay for them.

Kully was very helpful when I looked for shoes which I thought I'd never find again. Thank you for the great customer service.
