I had purchased a clutch back for my wife and I am not fantastic with colours and purchased a brown one instead of black.
I was asked if I wanted the receipt and declined. (Never again)
When the wife saw it she informed me it was brown Doh !

So I went into Clarks in Crewe and Chloe was marvellous. She looked through the system to look for the original receipt from Clarks in Shrewsbury. Found it and did the exchange for me.

Literally Melissa was incredibly helpful I bought shoes in may and ended up having back surgery took them in even though passed 28 days she let me exchange them. She was so kind and helpful

Visited Crewe store today. My husband has problems getting shoes to fit, very very wide.
We were served by Melissa.
Excellent service, very professional and knew her stuff. She found him some with a wider toe part, and half a size bigger, that he found comfortable.

Took our 11 month old in for his first pair of shoes. Melissa helped us and measured his feet before bringing out a nice selection for him to try. Melissa was very friendly and professional throughout!

Ordered item online to be sent to the local store. The size I always have didn't fit, but thankfully the young lady who served me was very helpful at the Crewe store. She found another size for me and couldn't do enough to help. I find customer service these days below standard in most places, but not at Clarks in Crewe.

I returned some shoes bought online to store. Quite a smooth transaction, thank you. Slightly disgruntled by the fact that despite having always been a size 7 in Clarks and owning several pairs, this pair was too small. I asked whether a larger size was available for exchange. I was told they were available in a size 5. While I recognise the current advice is to always advise on what can be done or what is available, this is actually bordering insulting. If I've asked for a size 8, what on earth would I need a size 5 for? Can I also request stocking more of the larger sizes to accommodate your less petite-of-foot customers.

My daughter and I had wonderful school shoe shopping experience this afternoon in the Crewe Clarks store. Two approachable, helpful and knowledgable staff (Chloe and Kiara) went above and beyond to provide excellent service from start to finish. They helped us find the perfect shoes. We’ll definitely be using this store again in the future.
