I was in a rush to buy some shoes for work, and Michael was amazing at finding the right heels for me and helping me to make them more comfortable. Thank you for being so helpful and calm when I was stressing!

Got to Clarks store in County Mall Crawley 15:30 Sunday looking a Sweet Dream shoes in pink, my wife has a size difference between her feet and Holly was very careful in checking her size and sorting out which to get. So helpful we got a pair of open top shos at the same time. Thanks for being so kind and attentive.

Fantastic customer service from every member of staff we encountered at Crawley Clarks today. Max was particularly helpful and brilliant with my boys. They went above and beyond to find suitable shoes despite the store being busy and stock levels low. They were knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout. It was a stark contrast to our experience in the Horsham store last week. Crawley staff should be applauded for delivering such a pleasant experience at their peak time and a special thanks to Max.

The person serving us was helpful. As they did not have the size we needed, he ordered them on line for us to be delivered to the store. Great service.

Aleena was really patient with my little one, who ended up with new shoes she was instantly comfortable and happy in.

Appalling service in Clarks Crawley today by an extremely ‘reluctant’ sales assistant who clearly didn’t want to be there. Staff wandering around in their own clothes with no name tags etc how are you meant to be able to tell who works there?? The sales assistant who served us looked like she was going to say no when we asked if she worked there. Then proceeded to (extremely reluctantly) measure my son’s feet whilst sighing and huffing. Then just as unwillingly moved on to start measuring the child behind us feet. Then disappeared off without another word to either us or the parents behind us with us questioning if she was even coming back. She then reappeared 10 minutes later with several pairs of shoes claiming it’s a long walk to the stock room and proceeded to inform us she was ‘multi-serving’ which basically meant we were to fit our own children’s shoes, crawling around on the floor pressing down on the toes of the shoes etc whilst the sales assistant sat staring at her nails offering no input whatsoever. Once we had decided the shoes had fitted for ourselves (who knows whether they actually do or not) said sales assistant then huffed off to the till with our shoes and proceeded to complete the transaction at the till without uttering a word apart from half heartedly trying to upsell some of Clark cleaning products. Service most definitely without a smile!

Thanks Adam at Crawley. I went to collect an online purchase and when that proved unsuitable Adam helped me find an alternative in store. So helpful and so patient at the end of what must have been a long day! It had been for me! It was a pleasure shopping at Clarks today.

Took my son to get his feet measured and to be fitted for his first pair of walking shoes. I was served by Holly at the Crawley store who was caring, attentive and patient. Holly took her time to explain what fitting would be best and found us the perfect pair of shoes. Holly was helpful and kind throughout despite my son being irritable. She’s a credit to the Clarks team!
