Not satisfied just went there for…

Not satisfied just went there for return, it was 10 mints remaining in closing. The guy refused to take return.

Please check what you are buying in this shop!!

I brought some shoes for my little one, a woman that works at Clarks, said would you like some wipes for my sons shoes. I was like okay thinking they would be £1 or £2 for 12 wipes as she didn't tell me the price she said would you want some wipes but you don't get a paper receipt anymore it's on email so when I got the email the wipes were £5😡😡 we went on holiday for 6 weeks. So by the time I come home I couldn't return them. I was so annoyed as its misleading.

Your shoes are so uncomfortable to…

Your shoes are so uncomfortable to wear. I'm finding it difficult to walk in the shoes I got from Clarks. I thought your company prided itself on comfort? There goes £95 I will never get back; these shoes are going straight in the bin.

It is difficult for us to comment on the comfort of your shoes as this is such a personal thing. Not all shoes fit in the same way and you may not necessarily be the same size in every style

Purchases made after the 25/11/2024 can be returned to our warehouse until the 31/01/2025 if they are still in an unworn and unmarked condition

Appreciation for Excellent Customer Service

A few days ago, I visited your Coventry store and explained an issue to one of your staff members, Bouchra. I said "I had purchased a pair of shoes from your online store during a sale a few months ago. I only started using the shoes a few weeks ago, and as you can see, they are in excellent condition, which indicates they were barely used. However, the left shoe makes a terrible noise when I walk."

Bouchra was very kind and professional. She listened to my concerns and offered me the option to choose another pair. This was an excellent example of customer service, and I wanted to take a moment to appreciate her attitude and the way she handled the situation. Such interactions enhance the value of your business and reflect the high standards your brand upholds.

When ordered got told they would be in…

When ordered got told they would be in the 29th August - so I waited , rang customers 30th August to be told they have arrived in store on Wednesday 28th August - no text from Clark’s to say they arrived into store , no phone call nothing -will not be shopping at Clark’s for a while

Absolutely amazing staff !

Me and my 2 sons visited the Coventry branch on 5th September as we had a problem with a pair of shoes brought for my son approximately 5 weeks ago. Rich ( I think he was the manager but couldn’t be sure) went above and beyond to help us . He was so kind, professional and helpful and resolved the problem which I am extremely grateful for. He truly is an asset to the Clarks company and deserves a big thank you. The other young man working at the same time was also extremely polite and helpful and deserves a thank you too. People are always very quick to leave reviews for bad experiences but not always for good ones !
A big thank you again!

Great staff and manager

Richard the store manager gave me excellent service when I went in looking for some shoes for the summer service was very quick and he was very friendly couldn’t have asked for better service
