I took my adult son to get his feet measured because we had no idea what size he was. Hannah was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, patient, understanding and an absolute credit to Clarks. Not only did Ben get a pair of boots that actually fit him but I bought a pair of trainers too! Thank you so much, Hannah!

We visited Clarks in Broughton today and was served by a lovely lady called Darcy.
She measured my sons feet and told us about the odd shoe scheme, she went and found 2 pairs of shoes for my son to choose from then took an interest in why he had different size feet/legs.
She took us to the till and we paid with no issues. She treated us with respect and made us feel welcome (which we don't always get especially when it's busy)

Not a single price on a display shoe.. finally got the sizing sorted, assisstant tells you they are £42.. get to the till to be told they are £48!! Didn’t seem to care and just shrugged his shoulders.. not impressed

Lovely greeting from Emily, who then explained that a member of staff would be able to help and take us to a quiet room for our Son. He was anxious and has no understanding of what is needed of him to measure his feet
Aimee helped us and we found a pair of shoes for him. Easy, stress free and so helpful!!
Emily then I explained that if we needed to, we could have an appointment when the shop was closed.
Just brilliant

Today I took my Granddaughters to Clarks in Broughton, for their new school shoes.
Although the shop was busy when we arrived, we were quickly greeted by friendly and helpful staff.
Our assistant was Jess. She was lovely, very polite, extremely helpful and took time to listen to what the girls were saying to her.
She certainly made my job easy and pleasant. Thank you very much.

Millen was incredibly helpful in getting our two children fitted for shoes, and took the time to assess them properly, getting insoles etc. He was friendly and engaging with the children too, an overall easy experience on what is normally a very stressful one!

You’ve really raised your game on the shoe design lately.
I have arthritic feet so have to trial a few pairs to get the fit.
I appreciate the extra cushioning in the sole of your shoes now it makes all the difference

I went to CLARKS Broughton yesterday with my brother in law’s children to get some new school shoes… a great young man named Tom greeted us at the front and we could see it was very busy but he made sure nothing was too much trouble. He listened carefully to what the children wanted and gave them some colouring to do when he was busy in the stock room! Never felt like we were rushed to get out even though there were other families waiting to be served. We ended up leaving with the shoes we wanted and P.E. trainers… happy days. Thanks to Tom and to Clark’s in Broughton for the amazing and stress-free experience normally go to Chester but will be coming here now as nothing was too much trouble for us.

Took my autistic grandson for Clark’s school shoes in Broughton branch. Amiee the young lady who served him was amazing. She spoke directly to him, asking him to take his shoes off as she was going to measure his feet. Each time she spoke to him directly explaining what she was going to do next ie going to the store room to see if the had the shoes he wanted.
Although she included me in the conversation, Amiee was always focused on my grandson and it made his day being treated so respectfully. Great customer service, thank you Amiee.
Chosen shoes not in stock, so had to order and wait for delivery.

Pearl was very helpful and approachable and made my daughter feel at ease while she measured her feet. Thank you

The staff,in particular the Manager,were very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about a pair of sandals that I was looking to buy. The whole shopping experience was one of genuine helpfulness and a professional experience. I will certainly visit this shop again! Top marks!

Would like to thank Michael for his patience while buying my younger brother some shoes! He turned a normally stressful experience due to my brother having autism into such an easy experience. He recommend a time to come into the store as to when it’s quiet to make it easier so it wasn’t too loud and overwhelming. He was extremely professional, polite and helpful. Most pleasant experience, thank you Michael!

Came to the Broughton outlet for a new pair of work shoes. Lovley staff, they went above and beyond for what I was after. Everyone was smiley. Lots of people in there and nothing was too much hassle. Thank you to all :)
