Izzy was excellent!
Went in to the store 30minutes before closing to have 6 little pairs of feet measured and fitted. Izzy served us and was brilliant with all of the children including my 3 SEN children who find shoes torture. Came away with what we needed and ordered the other bits they didnt have in stock at the store. Thank you Izzy.

We were served by Dionne today. She was very kind and patient with my Granddaughter who did not want to have her feet measured!

Helpful, Friendly Service
Cody helped us get the second pair of shoes for our toddler and was very helpful and sweet to him. Our toddler was fascinated watching his feet being measured and we came away happily with a pair of toddler trainers.

Took my 14 year old daughter for her feet to be measured and to buy new school shoes. Chloe was very helpful, friendly and patient and offered good advice to help us decide on which pair. Thank you Chloe! 😊

We were served by Dionne who made the whole experience so special for my little girl. She worked hard to get the shoes we wanted (stock was low on Friday 22nd August for school shoes which I consider poor) but Dionne did her best to make up for it. She spent over 30 mins with us … could not rate her highly enough.

After 20 years of buying school shoes…
After 20 years of buying school shoes for my 3 children, today I purchased the last pair as my youngest son enters year 11.
Harry served us and made the experience the quickest, most professional and pleasant in the whole 20 years. This young man is a real asset to your store!
