I went to the stores to see shoes and I ended with two pairs of shoes. The main reason I got these shoes was on the great and tremendous attention and Services from Pony. She was excellent. If ever going to buy a shoes at this Clarks location ask for Pony. No questions she is GREAT! Thank you Pony. People like you make us to come back and buy more

I went to the Dockside Outlet Centre in Chatham and Alison was absolutely excellent, and focused on exactly what I was hoping to find. I wear orthotics and shoe shopping is always tricky but in this case it was made into a very relaxed and successful trip with the result of not one but three pairs purchased. Alison made it her mission to arrive at something that really worked for my needs. Customer service was 10/10

Recently had a shoe fitting at Clark’s in Chatham for my son and Mia was incredibly helpful. He’s an awkward size as he’s an extra wide fit (H) and I’d been really struggling to get some decent shoes for him. She was so helpful and advised me that I could go up half a size in order to get the additional width he needs but not compromise the support. Thank you!

I was dreading doing the back to school shoe shop, but we had a great experience. The new store is bright and welcoming with plenty of seats all about the store for you to sit and try on shoes. I had booked an appointment and was seen as soon as I walked in right on my time slot. The staff member Natalie was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. She was patient with my son and with her help we found a great pair of shoes. There where lots of styles to chose from.

Was in store today and assisted by a lovely young lady called Polly. She helped me with some sandals and showed me different colours. She also measured my feet for me so I had the correct size. She was very knowledgeable and exceptionally personable. Was a pleasant young lady.

Visited Chatham store today and was helped by Emily. She was amazing with my 10 year old daughter. Very professional and extremely patient and kind. What an asset to Clarks! Thank you Emily!

We went to Chatham Dockside Outlet Centre on Monday and despite being incredibly busy, both the ladies (Alison and I didn't catch the other one's name) were very friendly and helpful, measuring our daughters' feet and finding the right size shoes out the back. Shame they don't do E sizes though - our girls both have skinny feet! We have used Clarks shoes for years and will be continuing!

Visited the Chatham store at the Outlet Centre with my wife as I had been struggling to find any suitable casual shoes for my rather large size 11-12 feet. The store has recently relocated to a different area of the outlet centre and have changed the store layout. Previously each shoe size would have it's own section or shelf but now they have a single size on display and the rest boxed up which enables far more stock to be available. We were served by the store manager today who couldn't have been more helpful or friendly but never pushy.
The experience was a success with seven pairs of shoes between us (five for me!) all at discounted prices as compared to regular Clarkes stores.

Alison in the Chatham Dockside branch was attentive and very helpful. She advised me on fitting the shoes and let me try different insoles out to see how I could get the best comfort and fit. I was pleased with her service as she listened well to my needs and I left the shop with 2 lovely pairs of shoes and some protectors. All this was done with efficiency and as I had limited time, it was very appreciated.

Visited Clarks at dockside outlet today and Angie was so helpful and patient with my daughter, who struggled to find shoes that both fit her and ones she liked. Overall pleasant experience and came away with 2 pairs!

Shopping for our little boys second pair of shoes, Mia was really helpful, she took the time, not only to measure his feet but find his size and make sure they fitted properly.
Will definitely return to Dockside.

Kallie was brilliant. My wife normally takes our daughter to get her shoes but she asked me to take her. I didn’t know where to start but Kallie measured my daughter’s feet and took us straight to the correct shoes. My daughter tried on a few pairs in different widths and added insoles so my daughter fitted in the shoes correctly. Very impressed and nothing was to much trouble so thank you very much Kallie.

Fantastic selection of children’s shoes and fabulous customer service from Alison to help measure my son’s feet and find the correct shoes for him. Also some absolute bargains in the ladies sale!
