Ash in the Cardiff branch was absolutely wonderful. He helped with our query and gave us a really good explanation of how to use the products effectively.

I brought my 3 year old into the Cardiff store today. It was very busy which was to be expected this time of year. We were helped by the lovely Lily who measured my little girls feet and ensured she was comfortable with the right school shoes. She was very friendly and had lots of patience. Thank you Lily ☺️

It’s always difficult getting school shoes fit my 13 year old daughter, she has narrow feet, school have a strict uniform policy and she likes a limited number of styles. Melissa in the Cardiff store was excellent. Very patient, kind and kept trying until we had a pair that fit

Considering this was peak school shoe buying season we were seen swiftly for measurements and the style of shoes we were after arrived quickly to try on. Hafsa was super friendly and knew what shoe we were after with just a quick description. I’ve marked it down as the lack of any uniform made it very difficult to identify who worked there and some the staff excluding Hafsa (only known by the fact they went behind the till) were extremely scruffy.

Melissa is the best!

Louee made our back to school shopping experience really special today. He was professional and spoke politely to myself but was very playful and humorous with my 6yo daughter. He was patient and explained everything really well to her. He was also able to provide us service through the medium of Welsh which was a definite bonus as it made my daughter that much more engaged with him. Thanks Louee, you made what i thought would be a stressful trip a joy!

School shoe shopping, great choice, quick service, amazing quality. The customer service from Louee was wonderful, great with a wiggly chatty little one.

My wife and I were looking for some comfortable every day trainer type footwear, and dropped into this branch of Clarks. I'm very fussy about getting footwear right, and Ash was brilliant with us both - very helpful and friendly.

We were served by Ash in the Cardiff store. He was seriously amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that my son left with the right school shoes, even though his one foot is almost 2 sizes bigger than the other! And my son is incredibly shy, but Ash was patient and kind and was just an absolute pleasure to be around!

Amazing service from Ash, wonderful with my daughter and granddaughter, and thoroughly checked both pairs of shoes.

Ash at Cardiff Queen Street was fantastic today! Helpful, kind and engaging with my son. And Clarks prices are much more competitive now so we left with not just school shoes but trainers too!

We were served by Posy at Cardiff Queen Street today. My little one is autistic and shoe shopping can be a really stressful experience for both of us. I mentioned that he might struggle and Posy immediately offered us a quiet place to try on shoes. She was so kind and patient with him, even when we had to leave halfway through for a toilet break. Jude was a bit overwhelmed and distracted, but she turned the music off and gave him time to regulate. The mission of buying shoes was accomplished and I am very grateful indeed! For others shopping who find it difficult, I was also advised that the shop can open early to accommodate these difficult situations, which is so helpful to know for next time too!
