Didn't have what I needed in the shop but the assistant gave me an e-mail address of how to order it online.

We visited the store today Sat 2nd August 2025 and took a ticket for our daughters feet to be measured. In less than 10 mins Leah called us over and measured our daughters feet. She then took her over to the junior section and discussed style choices and material available. From start to finish Leah was lovely, friendly, professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would certainly look out for her again to assist us.

I went to bury Clark's today and served by Eman she is really good at customer service thanks to her she helped us with our choice and products ..

Bought Clarkdale Easy Chelsea Boot, about 6 weeks ago, unfortunately the elastic around the left boot has given lots. Like walking with a wellie on, wouldn’t buy again

After my daughter’s school shoes broke we contacted customer services who said we could go to the store to get them replaced. My daughter is 6 and has a diagnosis of autism. Choosing shoes can be a real challenge as both due to sensory problems and difficulty in making decisions this can cause real upset and distress and we were dreading the visit. The Bury store assistant Megan helped my daughter to decide by playing a game of ranking the shoes and stacking the boxes and was so calm and supportive. She listened when I explained how difficult things could be and showed a genuine interest and care. The best assistant we have experienced in any shops. She is a credit to Clarks. Thank you so much.

Extremely patient with our very shy, 2 year old grandson. Managed to measure his feet and get shoes on him within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

A big thank you to Nadia in the Bury store who fitted my son with school shoes when we had tried and failed in another store. She identified he needed a wider shoe (H) which were comfortable for him and was very helpful.

Excellent service from Libby at the Bury store. My daughter's feet are different sizes with other brands so it was reassuring to get them measured and my daughter felt comfortable with Libby’s warming nature.

I have a autistic little boy and we went to clarks for some school shoes the shop was really full off people and my little boy was get so overwhelming the young lady Libby.f. moved us to some chairs at the front of the shop were it was a bit quite so my little boy could settle down and try some schools shoes on . Libby was so lovely and kind we left with some dinosaur shoes and a happy little boy thanks to Libby

Becky was lovely when we visited for my 4 year olds first school shoes. Very helpful, kind and good with my little one. There was no wait when we arrived surprisingly! We were in and out within 15minutes. Found shoes that my little one liked and was comfortable in. Really pleasant and stress free experience.

My experience in store was great. The store was busy due to the bankholiday which is something my daughter struggles with. However Janesh instore sat us in a quiet place and sat on the floor with me so we was at eye level with my daughter. He was very calm and helped us choose shoes, he helped with insoles and spoke slowly and gently about how the shoes should fit. He spoke to my daughter about where he was going when he was changing the shoes and really helped ease any anxiety around shoe shopping. He didn't pressure or overload with questions he followed her lead and allowed us time to make choices. He made the whole experience really relaxed. We ended up leaving with shoes that are perfect for her and left feeling calm, which is not our usual experience with shoe shopping. I can't thank Janesh enough, the anxiety experienced by my daughter from the sensory overwhelm vanished. Thankyou for seeing us and being with us!
