Excellent service, superb advice and they listened and responded to all of my queries. For me, this has always been the high standard of service I have received in every Clarks store and why I have been a loyal customer for 27 years. I've owned many pairs of shoes and they have all lasted for years - eventually wearing through the soles due to age. The shoes I've owned have always been comfortable, good looking and hard wearing. I currently own 4 pairs of Clarks shoes and swap between them depending on the occassion.

Quick delivery, easy to return via shop and able to exchanging in shop.Staff helpful and efficient.

Took my son in to be measured and bought a pair of shoes, that was fine. After a few days of him wearing them he said they were rubbing his little toe and he had blisters. Took him back with the shoes just to get them checked, I and my son were treated like something she had just trodden in. She was rude, obnoxious and totally lacking in respect. Had to go elsewhere £50 wasted and treated like total rubbish

Clarks has been always a big part of my life since all my shoe wear is from Clarks, ordered online or purchased directly in the Burton on Trent Octagon Centre shop or have it delivered to the shop, you choose how to get spoiled.
Big thanks to absolutely dedicated Team in Burton who look after us for years.
Special thanks to Vicky, she has amazing Work Ethics and should be seen as an example to all Team Members, I don’t know how is she not a Manager yet. She has most amazing talent to find exactly what a customer needs . Vicky is kind and understanding looking for the best solution. I can not thank her enough for all the dedication to her job, I applaud her for providing the best customer service. If you don’t believe me, go there and ask for Vicky, trust me , you step out of that shop walking on the Cloud x

Great service as always from burton on Trent store took my granddaughter in yesterday and Sarah helped us she was fantastic nothing was to much trouble, she listened to what my granddaughter wanted and involved her throughout the process. Always walk away happy from this store 🌟
