Rachel in the Burnley store went above and beyond today to help my mum. Was very patient with ensuring my elderly mum got the correct shoes!

When discussed online I was not given a number, just: Danielle VR (Support) emailed to clarks customer care, feedback received on the 30th august

I bought a £50 pair of shoes for my daughter (school shoes). I decided to spend more, as cheaper shoes last about 3 months before they fall apart.
These £50 shoes fell apart in 4 weeks!
After contacting clarks, I have been told that nothing can be done. The shoes are worn.
Such poor quality, with a returns policy that does not allow you to seek compensation when the product fails.
Appalling.

I recently visited the Burnley store to buy school shoes for my teen. My son has autism and some sensory issues Liesl was exceptional throughout our visit. Very patient and made us both feel relaxed on what was a busy day.
She took the time to engage in conversation with my son whilst professionally fitting his shoes.
Very happy.

I had taken my Granddaughter for school shoes and had the most helpful assistant ever.
Her name is Sabeel, and she so polite, considerate and truly interested in the customers needs.
I was so happy with the service that iam going back again with my Grandson.

always nice well made shoes - and excellent staff in the retail stores -- Rachel in the Burnley store super helpful - and prices have got a lot more realistic just recently -
slightly slow returns service - but excellent communication

I recently went into Clarks Burnley as I was interested in the olive canvas ATL boots. I was greeted by Berni, who was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size, but Berni checked and said they had some but would have to order them in. The boots arrived after 2days and can be recommended for comfort.

Was served by this worker called Inaya, was very efficient and respectful to me and my family, very patient too!

Inaya at the Burnley store was fab. She was patient and tried so many different pairs of shoes on for my son, until we found the right ones. My son wasn’t in the mood to be trying on shoes so it wasn’t the easiest fitting, however Inaya remained calm, professional and helpful throughout. Thank you.

We went to have my young grandson measured for his school shoes. Staff in the whole shop were really efficient, all were busy with customers.
Nathaniel was the staff member who sorted us out - really lovely lad, made the whole process of measuring and fitting really simple, no drama, just did his job and we were in and out of the shop within 5 mins of being seen.

Easy to use website , ordered and picked up locally. Didnt tell you how long you were going to wait untill i had paid (no way to cancell ) good customer service in the shop very helpful

The service was fast and easy. Our helper Dylan was very kind and helpful.

Had my hands full and two very fussy ladies needing school shoes x she helped both pick out the perfect pair my oldest who can be very fussy turned down the first two but Hifsa was able to find the pair she likes

We visited today to get shoes for my 3 year old. She has decided she's 'not keen on shoes'. The sales assistant Erin was absolutely. She reassured her, explained what she was doing and why, was very patient and positive. We had an amazingly positive experience and even can away with a pair of shoes my daughter loves.

Dylan served us. He was patient, very knowledgeable and got us a deal on some trainers. Good experience.
