I have just had an operation on my right foot and ankle so my feet are not both the same size at the moment. Today I had the absolute pleasure of going into the Bracknell Clarks shoe store and had the greatest Customer Service From Sue and Dawn. Sue taught me a lot about my own feet and it was an absolute pleasure so helpful and professional.

It is now the second year I have purchased school shoes from Clarks (Bracknell), and the service has been brilliant! Big shout out to Josh who always provides such a professional service!

We came in this morning for our 2 daughters to be measured and fitted for new school shoes. Chloe (Bracknell store) was so lovely - she really put both my daughters at ease and took extra care to check their shoes fitted well after I explained that my eldest daughter finds shoe shopping very stressful and will say anything fits just to get out of the shop! Chloe listened to what both of them wanted and asked lots of questions to check the fit. She was really patient and kind throughout - thank you so much for making what is usually quite a stressful experience so much easier 😌

The team at Clarks Bracknell were really welcoming even in the busy back to school shoes season. Patrick was fantastic with both of my children, really attentive & enthusiastic, we will definitely be returning to this store again!

Excellent service from Alex in the Bracknell store this morning. Alex was calm, patient and helpful in measuring my son’s feet and helping us find new school shoes. This is always a tricky time for us as my son is autistic but Alex’s approach helped it to be a successful visit to the store.

Had a fitting for both kids at lunchtime today at the Bracknell store and the staff were fantastic. Considering how busy it was, they were all friendly and calm. We dealt with a lovely lady called Sue who had so much time for us and the kids. Definitely impressed and will be back.

Alex at the Bracknell store was so helpful and managed to find us school shoes that fit perfectly! Made a nice change for a Clarks store to have a variety of shoe styles and sizes in stock.

Dawn in the Bracknell store was extremely helpful and friendly. Also let me know that I can book an appt for school shoes later in the summer to avoid the queues! Great idea!

Went to get my niece some school schools which was very urgently needed and Sami from the Bracknell store went above and beyond!
There wasn’t a lot of stock in the size of the style she wanted but he made sure to check both women’s and kids and after trying on almost every shoe we finally found the perfect one! Thank you Sami for your time and patience it was greatly appreciated. It was also the end of the day and your work ethic was top quality and working in retail myself I know how tiring days can be!

Dawn at the Bracknell branch was amazing with my two year old. She is clearly experienced with measure the feet of small children as knew exactly what to do and say to get my daughter doing the right thing. Then she took her time finding and fitting the shoes so that they were comfortable. The other gentleman working in the shop was also very friendly. Great customer service all round!!

Clarks Bracknell is very lucky to have Sue as she gives such good personal and cheerful service even when she has to go up and down two flights of stairs to get me half sizes of different shoes. She should be paid at least three times what she’s getting with a Christmas bonus and a holiday in Barbados.
