Brilliant customer service
As usual, we had a brilliant experience taking our three children shoe shopping. Tim was incredibly helpful and is just fantastic. Thank you, Tim, for making shoe shopping that bit easier.

Helpful and friendly
We were helped by Tim in the Blackpool store. He was really friendly and incredibly helpful. Tim helped us on our previous visit too and was equally as helpful then.

Excellent customer service by Nathan…
Excellent customer service by Nathan who helped with the whole process of buying school shoes and trainers for my daughter. Nathan ensured all the footwear fitted well explained offers available and the 3 month fit guarantee. We will be definitely coming back next year for school shoes.
