Great service!
I’d made an appointment ahead of time with it being the summer hols, got there a little early and we were able to be seen immediately.
Sawera was fantastic with my daughter, engaging with her really nicely, and absolutely made my daughter’s day by finding the dream school shoes!

She was amazing and very patient with us, my two are very fussy.

Excellent friendly service from Amelia today for school shoes for 2 children. Very patient and listened to their preferences.
Something to note though, the website had allowed me to book a fitting at 9am then we found the shop didn't open until 9.30 when we arrived.

We went to the Blackburn store for school shoes for our children. Mohammed served us and the service was exceptional. He was polite, professional and very efficient. The only downside being that he’s a City fan! But genuinely impressive service.
