The product looks nice and was able to collect it from my local branch. Staff were lovely at the shop and got my order promptly.

Bad customer service I haven’t been in for years but totally different experience no smiles nothing good morning nothing the child whom they were fitting shoes for just a baby really didn’t even speak to him really awful

I ordered my shoes for collection at…
I ordered my shoes for collection at your Beverley store East Yorkshire.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
However, when the box was opened the lady began scraping a large dollop of glue from the cow hair on the top of one of the shoes! Not a great start on a pair of shoes costing £116 in the sale🥺 I tried them on to make sure that they fitted and was surprised that they were not as comfortable as my wallabee boots that are well finished on the inside and well cushioned for great comfort.
I am very disappointed with the quality and comfort of these shoes for the money.
I will not recommend Clarke's brand anymore. They remain unworn in the box. They were an expensive treat to myself for Christmas and the shine has gone off the experience.

I forgot to take the worker's name but we visited the Beverley store on Saturday with my two girls aged 3 and 7. The worker was so friendly and great with my children. She was knowledgeable about each shoe she had brought out, clearly demonstrating her knowledge of all products and how a shoe or sandals should fit.
She ordered a pair to the store for us and we bought two sandals which fitted brilliantly. All shoes were marked down in sale too. Happy children. Happy mum!
