Great service by Anne. ( Apologies for late timing of the review) . Couldn’t ask for more. Attentive where required and gave me the space to decide. Saved 15% on one £110 pair discounted to £93.50 & 40% plus an additional 15% blue light discount on a £100 pair to £51 I’ll be back for more soon!

I have 3 young kids (4,3,2) and visited on my own to get them fitted on a very busy afternoon. I was greeted as soon as i walked in & communicated so well with about wait time, selection etc. sophia came to help us & had the patience of a saint with my 3 children who did not want to sit still any longer or pick shoes. Absolutely fantastic service & I really appreciate the non judgemental, supportive & friendly manner especially.

Went to Clarks for the dreaded back to school shoe shopping to join the chaotic sea of children stropping, running round and shouting with my own two tornadoes.

Sophia served us and my 5 year old sure didn’t make it easy for her! He had an issue with every shoe he tried on and throughout this Sophia was amazing! She was so patient with him and went back for countless different shoes to find him the perfect fit, all with a smile and some good humour. Her patience was amazing in such a busy noisy environment, thank you so much for making it as painless as possible!

Excellent customer service today! We were served by Elly who was so knowledgeable and helpful! She brought out several pairs of school shoes for my daughter. She was so plesant and patient and worked with us until we found the perfect fit! Couldn't have done it without her help! Thank you :)

Our fitter Aimee att Forestside made out trip so easy. Very pleasant and gentle with my super shy kiddo. We got the perfect shoes in the perfect fit with no stress.

We were looked after extremely well by Sophia D in Clarkes! Sophia helped us decide pick the correct shoe and my niece was delighted. Sophia was very welcoming and made us feel very relaxed. Will be returning to Clarkes shoes in the future

My son has autism and hates shoe shopping. He has worn the same style of Nike trainers his whole life and now needed ‘proper’ school shoes for 1st year. We were looked after by Aoife M and she was just lovely. She took time to make sure the shoes fitted him in a way that met his sensory needs. I was dreading this trip but it was made a lot easier by Aoife’s kind and patient nature.

The manager was so rude in the Forestside store, shouting offers in my face after I had already told her I was only in for school shoes and politely declined hearing about the trainer offers.
She seemed incredibly rude to the younger staff members too, barking orders and creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
Thankfully, the young lady who served me was very helpful which made up for the rude manager. I won’t be shopping here again.

Geraldine manager was rude to her staff member in front of us which made me very uncomfortable. She should not be a manager the way she spoke to her young staff

I had a lovely experience this morning in the Clarkes shop in Forestside Belfast.
It was very busy but I had booked and was spoken to immediately by the very pleasant and efficient lady in charge maybe Ger?? who brought me to Muireann.
Muireann was just lovely with my Grandchildren and we got their feet measured, shoes chosen and paid for without a fuss. Thanks Girls

Shopped in forestside for my daughter aged 13, for back to school shoes. We were served by Jane, who was lovely. She pulled out 4 different styles of shoes in my daughters size, and had her sorted out in no time at all. Very quick and pain free

I brought my 1 year old son in for his first pair of walking shoes. The shop was very busy with school children but we got seen really quickly. The shop assistant Lara was very helping and friendly. She was so kind and gentle towards my son and he absolutely loved her. She made the experience a lot easier for us. I will definitely come back to Clarks in Forest side Belfast.

A wonderful experience in getting first shoes fitted for a twelve month old. While the shop was very busy with school shoe fitting, we were seen to very promptly, and the staff were pleasant and efficient the whole time. Ispraha, who fitted my daughter's shoes, was so kind and engaging with her. She was also incredibly thorough in ensuring she got the right fit, and knowledgeable about what shoes would be best for her stage. We left the Clarke's store delighted with our new shoes and the excellent service we received. Thank you!
