Jessica was fantastic. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. Her skills were great and she was also very respectful.

I went to the Forestside branch of Clarks today and the manager was very friendly with a well organised team of Staff. I was helped by a member of staff call Jessica. She was so friendly and helpful with my children and so knowledgeable about the shoes and the fittings. She made our visit to Clarks so enjoyable. Thanks so much Jessica.

Tom in Forestisde. Superb. Handled two kids like a total pro. Navigated a toddler who didnt want to wear socks or have her feet measured and a six year old who wanted to try on all the shoes with charm and patience and was as excited with the six year old as she was about shoes! Thank you!!!

I am reading all the good reviews and couldn’t disagree more, after I visited the store today with my husband and our 3 children looking for school shoes. I didn’t book a fitting appointment, we just went in to see what our children would like. When we were looking around we were approached by one of the staff members telling us that we couldn’t use the seats and measuring tools as they were used for customers with appointments, we accepted it and kept looking for shoes. We had tried on a couple of pairs and after a couple of minutes we were approached by the same lady again, this time telling us, more less, that we couldn’t shop because we didn’t have an appointment and we were disturbing them, taking shoes from the shelves, which apparently were available in one size only, even though there were various sizes out there. She insisted that we book an appointment and wait 45 minutes despite me explaining that we didn’t want and need one. We just wanted freely and with respect shop around as a family and all we got was nastiness, disrespect and one big disappointment. We eventually walked out of the shop and lodged a complaint.

The fitter took no time to measure the child’s feet. It was rushed and I had to ask her to check again as I wasn’t convinced of the size. As a result, we have come away with a pair of shoes that are too big and have to bring them back.

I called to the shop on Tuesday looking for back to school shoes for my son. I got served by young girl called Jessica. She was so helpful and polite

I didn't like the sandals I ordered from the website when they arrived. However, it was very easy to return them to my nearest store, and the staff member I spoke to was really helpful.

Tridha was fabulous at helping my 3 daughters get fitted for school shoes. Clark’s was very busy today but ran very smoothly due to the fitters efficiency. Lovely, friendly and professional service!

It would be great if we could use the twins trust reduction in store though.

Had my kids feet measured by Tino. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He listened to what my kid liked and found alternatives if they weren’t available. Measuring kids feet can be stressful but he was very calm to be around.

We attended Clarks Forest side Belfast as a family for School shoes for our son Lucas. We were greeted by a very friendly and attentive young sales assistant Sarah. From the taking the foot measures to sources shoes for Lucas Sarah had a good sense of our needs also with new Clarks one stop shop for shoes and trainers policy. Sarah was on the ball presenting a pair of trainers Lucas took too with ease. As we chatted with Sarah and her Manager Jennifer we were advised we were Sarah's first family sale as we paid for the shoes and trainers Sarah was able provide advice on Shoe protection spray which we also purchased. Young Sarah is a good fit for the Clarks team Thank You from Claire, Gareth and Lucas 😍 party on Sarah.

Sophia looked after us in the Forestside store. She was amazing from the very start. She introduced herself and was very endearing towards my four year old granddaughter who needed new trainers for summer. Sophia measured her feet and brought four pairs to choose from, advising us on the best fitting ones. We were delighted. Thank you Sophia! 5 star service!

Took my brother with special needs for new shoes today at shop in Forestside Belfast Connie was very understanding and patient with him spoke directly to him and treated him with respect and dignity.A lovely experience for me snd my brother due to Connie’s kindness and professionalism

In the Forestside branch today shopping for shoes for my 18 month old granddaughter- had the pleasure to be served by Grace. How refreshing. Proper Customer service from a really lovely person. She was great with my grand daughter and so helpful- measured her feet and recommended shoes that would be good for her . Can’t say enough how pleasant she was . Sat on the floor beside Rosie who loved her too . As a man I don’t generally enjoy shopping, but this was delightful- went in for 1 pair of shoes but was happy leaving with 2 pairs as she was so nice
