Great service from Daniel. Great shopping experience

My little one was nervous to have his feet measured, but Sienna was so good with him and let him check out the food measurer first to put him at ease. It definitely helped to make our experience smooth and we left with a lovely new pair of shoes. We’ll be back for his next pair!

Today we visited the Bedford store to get my little one’s feet measured and buy her first shoes.
We were assisted by Sienna who was more than happy to help us out.
She was very knowledgeable and informative about the fitting/shoes/services available in store. But most of all she was so kind and caring with our daughter as she measured and put the shoes on her feet!
We left with the perfect pair and we will definitely be back again.

Visited the Bedford Retail Interchange Park and was served by Arjon. I attended with my son who is neurodivergent, and this kind of environment is particularly distressing especially in view of needing to have his feet measured. We received such kind and thoughtful service and whilst it's always a challenge the experience was made easier by the service we received. A new pair of school shoes successfully purchased and a slightly stressed Mother and Son left relieved and happy. Many thanks again!

Sunil and the lady assistant could not have been more helpful when I needed new footwear following full knee replacement surgery.

Met Sunil at the store in Interchange West Retail Park in Bedford and he went through many pairs of shoes for me as I have all sorts of issues with my flat feet! Very patient but very knowledgeable and made this task less onerous for me. He has good energy and this made the shopping experience really great! Thanks Sunil, the trainers I settled on have been worn already and are so comfortable!

This was the best retail experience I've had for some time. Jurgith insisted on first measuring my feet and then brought out three different sized pairs so that I could select the best fit. She was very courteous, friendly and professional and a credit to the store; so much so that I also purchased a small tin of leather conditioner - something I wouldn't normally do!

Sunit at the Bedford store was quick and efficient at letting me know sizes available and different style options.

We went to the Bedford retail park, Clarkson Store for shoes for our 11 month old baby. We were served by Ahlam. She was amazing! Her customer service was sublime, she measured our babys feet, she was polite, attentive, courteous, and respectful and had a great smile. We were very impressed and mentioned it to the manager of the store that her customer service was great. Thank you, Ahlam for your wonderful customer service today, our baby girl loves her new shoes.

Owen who served us was very professional. Having shopped for children’s shoes for over 40 years (for children then grandchildren) we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and he was full of excellent advice. He also had a friendly manner towards both us and my grandchild, making it a very positive experience.

Lovely service today from Sienna who quickly helped our little girl figure out why her current shoes were uncomfortable. One width setting adjustment, a pair of new sparkly school shoes and a happy four year old in record time. Thank you so much.
