All the staff were lovely but Lilly in Bath was particularly wonderful with my 3 and 7 year old. Engaging, sweet and asking them directly what they thought. Fabulous customer service. Thank you.

We were greeted and quickly served by Louise in your Bath store. Louise was polite, confident and very helpful. We purchased some shoes for my son for his final year in sixth form-( only feels like a moment ago we were buying his first pair of school shoes from Clarks).
She explained how to keep them looking good with various products, which was very helpful.

Weve just had a very positive experience in the Bath Clarks shop, getting two pairs of shoes for my husband ! Louise was SO helpful, nothing was too much trouble ! Well done Louise ! A very refreshing experience !

Excellent Service

Went to the Clarks shop in Bath to have my sons feet measured and to look at school shoes. Toby was so helpful and patient with my son who has autism. He made the trip so much easier and enjoyable for us both! Will definitely be returning.
