Elinor at the Bath shop was excellent today, my sons hates getting new school shoes and having his feet measured but it was relaxed and friendly and done in no time at all.

Great, experienced and friendly member of staff, well done Elinor.
Thanks for all your help and kindness to our daughter whilst helping her choose a lovely pair of boots.

Anne in the Bath store jas been fantastic every time I've taken my daughter in to get her feet measured. My little girl is a bit nervous about the measuring machine, but Anne is always so patient and gentle which makes the whole experience so much better! Thank you

We have done some shopping in Clarks - Bath a couple of months ago. Ted and Sam were really helpful and made our first school shoes shopping experience very nice and special. I would like to thank them from here as well.

Needed school shoes for my teen son and we were served by Madi. She was great, chatted about his interests, and gave a good choice of shoes for him to try. The store wasn't too busy, we waited about 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. And she did a good job with checking the size and fit.

Freya was brilliant. Relaxed, organised, efficient and friendly. Measured my son’s feet. Was confident with the fit and the shoes have been great. Also measured my feet. Thanks Freya.

Alis who was our server was extremely polite and explained to our 4 year old granddaughter exactly what she was doing to enable her to get her feet measured properly for her first school shoes.
