Had a great experience in Basildon store with getting my 2 children sorted for new school shoes.
Mason was helpful and patient with us.

We were looked after by Oliver and he was very polite, friendly and helpful finding the right school shoes and trainers.

Jasmine was very helpful today. She reassured my daughter about her narrow feet and shared her own life experiences. She gave my daughter options and explained why one shoe might be more comfortable while still allowing my daughter to make her own choice. Thank you Jasmine.

Jodie was great with my daughter right from the start. She spoke directly to her and not just to me which made her feel included and grown up.

Jodie was very knowledgable about the products and made the whole school shoe shopping experience a breeze.

We were in and out within 15 minutes! That was foot measuring, selecting the perfect school shoe and plimsolls and through the tills!

We will definitely be returning when my daughter needs her next pair of shoes 😁

Jasmin was so helpful, completely understanding of my child’s sensory needs and rolled with it to find the right fit for her.

Great service at the Mayflower store.

Huge shout out to Nico at Clarks on Mayflower. Having ordered my son's school shoes due to them not having his size in stock, then going on holiday, then going to collect to find the ordered pair also didn't fit (five days before school starts), I think he saw the colour drain from my face.

Don't worry, he said, we can try inserts first and then I'm going to see what else we have in stock in this size - and proceeded to fetch several boxes of shoes that were as similar as he could find. Half an hour later we had a happy boy with new school shoes that fit ready for next week. And one unstressed Mummy.

I know they're expensive, but I've never had bad service at Clarks and Nico was exceptional today 👍👍👍

Poppy who served us was very friendly, patient and really approachable. Was very willing to accommodate our wishes. Good quality products as ever.

Hi visited Clarks today to buy my grandaughter some shoes/trainers.
We were served by jodie who was very patient with my grandaughter who was reluctant to get sized but with jodies help we got there and came out with new trainers and smiles. Thank you jodie

I was served initially by a younger lady who seemed very inexperienced and didn't really help me determine if the school shoes were a good fit for my daughter. Requested the manager and Keighley came to help and was brilliant. Really experienced and professional and helped me order the correct sizes online and ensured the fit was correct. Fantastic manager at the basildon store.

Poppy was really polite & professional. Overall a good service & we came away with shoes ready for school.

I came in to buy my daughters first school shoes and was helped by Jasmin, she was incredibly helpful and really lovely towards my 4 year old in helping her to pick her shoes 😊

I had a great experience in the store today. I needed to buy some new school shoes for my daughter and Jasmin was so helpful. My daughter has additional needs so shopping can overwhelm her. Jasmin was very kind and understanding. She gave us great recommendations and we were able to fit and buy all within speedy time.
I will definitely buy my girl’s shoes from Clarks now!

Had a great experience at the Basildon Mayflower staff. Very helpful staff, in particular Jasmin who helped to measure my son and daughter and helped to choose shoes and ensure they fitted correctly. Would highly recommend.

Was helped by Rachel and Keighley, who helped me pick out a new pair of shoes for work as I was being very indecisive. Very helpful and friendly, not pushy and a great shopping experience.
