Staff not friendly at all. Ignoring foreign customer. No help. When other local customer comes suddenly they become so friendly. When asking about promotion, sfaff answers rudely. You have to stop this bias passive aggressive if you want to grow a business.

I asked for an exchange for an 8 but…
I asked for an exchange for an 8 but have not received them.
Also sent two separate emails to do with two separate orders, when there was only one order.
