Excellent service by Sam at Clark’s Andover. Friendly an professional.

Popped in to get our daughter’s feet measured, Jane looked after us with a first class level of service from start to finish.

Bethan in andover was very helpful in measuring my baby son's feet and suggesting the best shoes for him as a young walker. She even blocked him from running/falling down the stairs whilst I was looking at the different options.

Andover Clarks staff are so helpful, always like going into the shop.

Love the blue shoes, perfect fit and they are very easy to walk in.

Bethan was so helpful when I bought new school shoes for my 4year old. She was patient, friendly and made him feel at ease despite being super busy!

Finn was brilliant with both our boys during their fitting for new school shoes. We had booked an appointment and had said in our notes that our eldest son was autistic. Finn took this into account and we were shown up to the kids section and served by Finn straight away. She was friendly and professional! Great experience, great service!

Buying school schools for my daughter and both Bethen and Nicola were fantastic with her. They really took their time to make sure my daughter was happy and that the shoes fitted correctly. Couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend.

I made an appointment for school shoes for three boys at the Andover branch and was served by Ilva. The shop was very busy, but we were seen on time and Ilva was an expert. She was calm, happy and very helpful. Thank you so much.

Visited the Andover store. We were immediately greeted by Bethan who gave us great service throughout. She was so helpful fitting my little boy’s first shoes and advising us on which type to go for as he has been walking barefoot over the summer so is quite confident walking despite not having any shoes yet. Bethan was really friendly and also confident in what she was doing. She spoke to both of my children and put them at ease and actually did the fitting accurately. My last few visits to Clarks in other locations have made me doubt if there’s any value in going there vs. other places but my faith has been restored and I’ll definitely go to this store again.

Bethan was polite when we came to the store. She was thorough with what we needed, very good with my son, very professional throughout our visit.

We went to Clarks Andover and we were served by ilva, she was great! When she thought the shoes I liked wouldn’t fit, she went out of her way to help us find new ones, she was honestly great and soo nice!

I dread taking my children out for school shoes as it is always a hassle and stressful.
We were warmly greeted by Jane who was very well presented and professional.
We were seen straightaway even though we were early for our appointment.
Jane was very knowledgeable with what shoes would be acceptable at the children’s local school which made the potential choices much less. Jane then measured their feet very quickly and knew what type to go for. We were in and out of the shop within 10 minutes thanks to her knowledge and professional conduct. I cannot recommend Clark’s Andover and Jane highly enough. Thank you!

Ilva from the Andover store was really helpfully today when I took my two children in to have their feet measured for new school shoes, we’ve seen her a couple of times now and she’s always super lovely too! Really great experience!

Recently visited Andover, needed sandals .
The only shoe shop Clarks had limited range but the manager & her assistant were so lovely, helpful & went to a great deal of trouble. Such a rarity.
Andover like so many of our old market towns very sad, so many empty shops.
A very satisfied customer. Full marks Clarks.
