Clark & Rose (Removals) Limited Recensioni

Clark and Rose made my international move a cinch! I started in America with Uhaul and then they handed it off to Clark and Rose who handled import and delivery upon arriving to the UK. They are very responsive and the delivery team was polite and very helpful. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend them.

I found the lady who was helping me with the shipment very courteous, helpful and always very prompt with any of my enquiries.

Very poor service. Not impressed by the office staff.
They tried to stop the original review.

Team were polite & responsive with some trying circumstances. Would recommend.

Clark & Rose were contracted by UHaul to deliver my UBox (basically a small shipping container) which I had packed and shipped from the US. Clark & Rose communicated well, helped me figure out how best to deal with parking limitations near me, and on the day of delivery were professional, helpful, and friendly. I would work with them again and recommend them.

Awesome experience with Clark & Rose from start to finish. Excellent communication (from Lynn) and very good follow through on the actual move day - James and Charlie were superb.

Everything planned to perfection by the in-house team. Packing and delivery on the day was professionally done with a smile despite some challenging stairs.

Clarke and Rose give a first class Service. Extremely professional setup and very helpful staff members. Would highly recommend

great service, lovely friendly movers

Very competitively priced compared to others. Efficient and quick service. Delivered as quoted.

Excellent service from Clark and Rose in dealing with our items in long term storage.
Veronica was excellent in helping us deal with these items. Great customer service!

They did a great job in our move, nothing was too much trouble in putting our belongings in the chosen rooms and would highly recommend Clark and Rose.

We recently used Clark & Rose to move from Glasgow to Northern Ireland and honestly can't recommend the team highly enough.
Samantha and Emily handled the quotation and admin side of things so professionally while still being personable and it gave us so much confidence booking them.

All of the guys, Alan & Robbie on collection and Gary and Stevie on delivery were absolute gentlemen! They make a very difficult job seem seamless with a smile on their faces and time to have a chat as they work.

Communication was great. We moved on a very hot day. The guys doing the work did a great job in the heat with everything placed in the correct room.

From quotation, to arranging the date for the move and the moving day, everything was handled very well.

Having decided to move from Dundee to Biggleswade, we approached Clark & Rose for a quote and a walk through of our needs and expectations. We already knew that the move would require storage of our effects for a period of 2 months or more. From the outset, they could not have been more sympathetic or helpful. Their surveyor came from Stirling to assess how much space we would need for transporting and storing our effects. He was extremely polite, courteous, and precise. 3 weeks before the move, a team dropped off 30 boxes for us to pack our things and then, on the day, the same team came to our house in Dundee to load everything onto the lorry. They treated every item as if it were their own. They were efficient and could not have taken more care with both our belongings and with the house. There was no damage whatsoever. Our effects were then in storage at their facility at Biggleswade for the expected 2 months before being delivered to our new house. We were delighted to see Joe again as he had delivered the boxes to us and then led the team that cleared our house in Scotland. He now led the team to deliver our goods to us in Biggleswade. This was during the heatwave and on one of the hottest days we've ever seen. Needless to say, because of the hot weather, the unload took longer than normal. Showing great leadership, pace and management, Joe ensured water breaks were taken regularly and that everything went smoothly. I was highly impressed with his and his colleagues character, work ethics and commitment. Joe and Harry were both a superb example of a committed, carefull and caring removals man. Again, there was absolutely no damage to either the house nor our belongings.
From first contact with their admin staff, with the surveyor and with both teams of movers, both led by Joe, the company was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Superb customer service from our initial enquiry to moving day. All queries answered immediately. Everyone we dealt with could not have done more to help.
We also opted for the packing service. It was brilliant.

Brilliant professional service. Would highly recommend them

Lovely group of guys, swarmed in did a great job, polite, funny looked after everything.
Would highly recommend

Clark&Rose's service was outstanding from start to finish. From our very first email exchanges to the delivery of the last box, everything was handled flawlessly—even with the challenge of carrying everything up five flights of stairs without an elevator, and despite my request to change the moving date.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone involved for making my move go so smoothly. I truly appreciate Clark&Rose's professionalism and the excellent service provided throughout the entire process.

Simple and well organised from quote to packing and finally customs clearance
