Ordered a pair of shoes five weeks ago paid for them and have not received the shoes. I sent them an email and asked them to cancel my order since I have not received my shoes. My email came back that only returns can be done 24 hours after you order them. Still waiting for my shoed

I only gave one star because zero is not an option. Do not be fooled by this scam company. They represent themselves as a legitimate Canadian company and charge exorbitant prices for cheap crap they siurce from china. I paid over $70 for a pair of sandals that (when they were finally delivered 7 weeks later) were gold painted styrofoam. As a goodwill gesture they offered to send me an additional pair. I said no and told them they are scammers and they then offered as a gesture of good will to refund me there maximum - 25%. They do not have a store in Toronto. Save yourself some money and order direct from temu or go to the dollar store - don’t use them as a middleman

After searching and now discovering that the company is not legit, I am disappointed in myself.

The reviews looked good, the IP address was legit, but then the item that I purchased arrived and there were red flags.

The item of clothing had no tag, or label attached. I decided to contact the company online and it states that a return can be submitted online via email. Once approved they will send you a shipping return label. However this is not the case.

They are now indicating that I need to return the item to China and I have to send them my information withe tracking number so that they can track my package and once received then they can now give me a full refund.

I noticed a few YouTube videos indicated that the company claims to be located in Toronto but it's really in China.

I've never had this happen to me and I want others to know that they are a scan and a sham!!

I should have read these reviews and then I wouldn’t have ordered anything. I ordered shoes, the stylish leaf accent sandal. The sole of the shoe is hard plastic, it’s impossible not to slip and slide as you walk. I doubt the upper portion of the shoe is leather I have my doubts. The company is not in Toronto, to return my shoes I was told I would need to pay for returning plus an additional 20 dollars. Or… they said they would give me 15% refund. I paid 60 dollars for the shoes. So that left me with really no option but to except the 15% offer. I will never order from this company again.

Poor quality merchandise. The company has been using many strategies to avoid refunding me any money even for a product that was never delivered. I believe this company is a scam. Don’t order from them!

Do not buy from this company. I should’ve known better live and learn but never again. Looks nothing like the picture or the material description. Nothing but a cheap , very cheap knock off that is worth maybe $20 when I spent $88. Never order from these people it says Toronto it’s NOT . Just cheap stuff coming out of a sweatshop in China.

This company is not located in Toronto. Dress was shipped from China and was worth about 1/4 of the price tag. Dress image is likely AI generated, upon closer inspection. Actual dress looks nothing like the picture. Buyer beware!

Buyer be aware in purchasing the Krizzy / Chic Modern Orthopedic Shoes. Advertised as orthopedic with arch support and comfortable insole. None of which is true. The sole is thin and flimsy. There is no arch support. They are not orthopedic shoes Disappointing. Furthermore, because they are coming from overseas, you must pay $20 to return them. Even then they reserve the right to decline a return unless there is a defect. Eventually, after numerous emails, they did offer 25% off if I kept them. I had to get an orthopedic insole which helped rescued the situation. So I caution against buying if you think you are getting an orthopedic shoe. You are not.

Ordered a large bathing suit which fit ok but quality was terrible. No gusset in the bottoms and the bra in the top would not support a 10 year old girl. No hem on the bottom of the top. Took almost 2 weeks to get from Toronto to NS. I think the company is a scam and clothes are being shipped from somewhere else. Will never buy anything here again.

First, the tracking never worked for me...probably because it comes from China. Second, the quality of the pants were so poor there is no way I can wear those. I can get better stuff for half the price from Old Navy. Third, they say you can return items within 30 days with a return label they are supposed to send you. It's impossible to get a return label as they never answer their emails, so the 30 day thing is a total scam.

Clark & Campbell “Toronto” is fake they actually ship from China. I ordered sandals (size 39) that arrived too small after 3 weeks and the material was way far from what i saw on the picture, and when I asked for a return, they pushed me to keep them and pay $20 shipping to China. After endless emails, they promised me a 25% refund, but only sent a fake $12 refund that never showed up. Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered a swimsuit based on the posted shipping timeframe to have it before my vacation, but after 7 days it hadn’t even shipped. Customer service then told me the order couldn’t be fulfilled, so I requested a cancellation and was told I’d get a refund in 5–7 days. Instead, a few days later the order was shipped, arriving while I was away.

The item is poor quality—unfinished edges and very flimsy—and I requested a return, well within the 30-day policy. After much back and forth, customer service offered only 15% refund and 75% store credit while letting me keep the item. Completely unacceptable and a very disappointing experience.

When I first tried these on, they felt a bit too snug especially around the toes. I was ready to return them, but I reached out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised. As a new customer, they offered to send me a size up for free. I just had to cover the shipping. The new pair arrived quickly and fit perfectly. They’ve already become my everyday shoe for errands, walking the dog, and even casual lunches. It’s not easy finding stylish shoes that are this comfortable at my age!. Thank you again Lisa for your outstanding support. Please give her a raise. Will definitely recommend my family buying from Clark and Campbell.

No contact whatsoever,no email confirmation,tried several times to get a hold of them, via email, message. Charged to my credit card right away, cheaply made,no tag description of what they're made out of,two weeks later they arrive,never gave me my discount. Lesson learned never buy off of social media.

This company claims to be Canadian and selling Canadian-made products. Not the case -- they are cheaply made, inaccurately sized, and only superficially resemble the photos and descriptions on the website. I ordered a swimsuit which was several sizes too small and looked nothing like the item on the website, so I contacted the company with detailed photos. I was told I could return the item by paying $20 for a shipping label, AND paying my own postage, and I would then receive a 15% return. When I pushed back, I was then told I could not return swimsuits "for hygiene reasons" even though the webpage where this item was featured promised a 100% money back guarantee, and I had not tried it on (it was sized to fit a prepubescent child). At that point, I opened a dispute with PayPal, and they immediately changed their tune. I received several emails begging me to close out the dispute and promising me a 100% refund to be processed instantly. Against my better judgement (and after letting them sweat for a few days), I did close out the dispute, and was told I would receive my refund within 5-7 business days. We're now on 9 days and -- surprise! -- nothing. This company is a blatant scam, and I hope my experience warns other consumers to stay far, far away.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants that looked really cute online. I ordered a size up so they'd be loose. They were crazy tight and the material was like an umbrella. The 2 pairs cost $116. I asked to return for refund and they counter-offered that I keep the pants and they'll give me around $29. I said I have no use and will send the pants back for full refund. The highest they can said they can offer is 60% back. So I still lose quite a bit of money. They say it's bc they lose money on the shipping (yet offered to ship me another pair). It's brutal. I've been arguing with them for a week just to get my money. I don't want to keep the pants even though they keep offering me to. You'd think with all the people they are doing this to, they could refund me fully.

Ordered 1 bathing suit and they automatically charged my card for 2. Emailed telling them I didn’t want the 2nd suit. Was told it was too late and I could send it back once it arrived. Both suits came but they were not the suits I ordered and were not the correct size. Upon trying to return the suits I was told it was international shipping and it would cost me $20.00. No shipping label. Went to try and send them back but it was China and it was going to cost me $275.00 This company is a total scam. Do not order anything from them.

I saw shoes on Facebook and since I saw they were in Toronto (even looked up their store online), I thought they were legit.
The shoes arrived in bubble wrap, no box, as when I used to order on Chinese websites… a little suspicious.
The shoes are okay, but I don’t think they are top quality.
Also, my credit card was defrauded a very short time after the transaction.
Coincidence?

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Clark & Campbell.

I ordered a pair of sandals after seeing an ad on Facebook. What I received came from China and looked nothing like the photos shown on their website. The quality is extremely poor — thin, flimsy, and badly made.

After contacting customer service to request a return, I was told I had to pay for international shipping just to send the product back. No prepaid label, no clear instructions, and the process is slow and frustrating.

I later discovered the same sandals being sold on other platforms at a fraction of the cost, which makes this feel even more like a scam.

I do not recommend this company. The ads are misleading, the quality is poor, and the return policy is made to discourage refunds.

Normally I like to shop in person. Since my operation I’m not always able to go to physical stores. So decided to try online shopping.
The first dress I ordered was a bit too big, so I asked about a return. I was expecting a hassle, but it was easier than I thought. The team gave me clear instructions, and I received my replacement dress in just over a week. It fits perfectly. Was a very pleasant experience. Very satisfied with the service also. Will buy again.
