I paid for next day delivery, but didn’t receive my item for three days. I emailed about this but didn’t receive a reply.

When your laundry basket arrived it was stained but also smaller than we expected (not your fault), so I emailed to find out how to return this item because it was not suitable. Rather than send me the returns label, I was asked to send a photo of the stain, which I did. Then I was asked if I wanted a replacement lid because of the stain. I said no, I just wanted to understand the returns process. After several attempts, you sent the label that I needed. I printed it and returned the laundry basket. Several days later another unwanted basket turned up and I have now had to ask for a second label to get it back to you (at my inconvenience).

Quick delivery, item as expected

Lovely little company which sells a wide range of photo albums at a very good price. Delivery is very good. I found out about it by searching on Amazon and I do prefer going directly to the 3rd party. I seem to be one of the few who still print my photos and I will always now go to Clarisworld for my albums. I'm thinking ahead to my old age when I'll have all my memories stored with my books. Thank you, Clarisworld.

I ordered some 'floating' shelves however there are two crucial issues. First of all they are not floating they come with very visible brackets. Secondly the brackets are not even strong enough to hold the weight of the shelf so there is a quite substantial lean which would only get worse if you actually put anything on the shelf. Essentially they are unusable. I've emailed complaining but with no reply after a few days.

Struggled to find 7 x 5 photo albums, finally found these and I am very happy with the quality. The albums are good value for money, plus delivery was quick and they were well packaged.
